The blades of the screw conveyor shall be accurately made, with smooth surface and smooth welds. After the ceramic blades of the screw conveyor are bonded and cured, its shear strength shall not be less than 7.5MPa, and dynamic balance shall be performed, which meets the G2.5 level requirements of JB/ZZ4, and the balance weight shall be the same as the body material. 4.9
Overflow end flange shaft
The weld of the overflow end flange shaft shall meet the requirements of JB1152 Level II. The overflow end flange shaft shall be dynamically balanced, which meets the G2.5 level requirements of JB/ZZ4, and the balance weight shall be the same as the body material. The pulley must be dynamically balanced and meet the G2.5 level requirements of JB/ZZ4. The pulley should be corrected by weight removal. Before the differential is assembled with the main engine, it must be tested according to the requirements of Table 4. The circuit should ensure that the main motor can be started only when the lubrication motor on the centrifuge is started, the oil pressure and oil temperature are normal, and all protection points are normal. 4.12.2 When the centrifuge is working, when any factor such as oil pressure, oil temperature, torque sensor and limit switch is abnormal, the power supply of the main motor should be automatically cut off.
After the factory test is completed, the paint is applied. The whole machine is painted apple green, and the rest meets the requirements of JB/ZQ4000.10. The average trouble-free working time of the centrifuge is 4800h. Under the conditions of complying with the rules of transportation, storage, installation and use, if the product is damaged or cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing quality within half a year of use or within one year from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, the manufacturer shall repair or replace parts (except wearing parts) for the user free of charge. Test method
Use conventional measuring tools to measure the manufacturing dimensions of each part and the assembly dimensions of the components and the whole machine. The outer edge dimensions of the screw conveyor blades are checked with a special sample. Perform dynamic balancing tests on the feed end flange shaft, cylinder, screw conveyor, overflow end flange shaft, and pulley on the dynamic balancing machine, which shall meet the requirements of this standard.
5.4 Manually turn the wheel to check the flexibility of the rotating part. Check the leakage of the lubrication system during the factory test run to meet the requirements of Article 4.4c. 5.5
5.6 During the test run, use a thermometer to measure the temperature rise of the two main bearings and the transmission bearing, which shall meet the requirements of Article 4.4e. Use a noise meter to measure the noise of the centrifuge according to the provisions of GB3768, which shall meet the requirements of Article 4.4f. 5.7
Use a vibration meter to measure the vibration speed of the centrifuge, which should meet the requirements of 4.4g. Acceptance rules
The following items should be checked before the centrifuge leaves the factory: a.
Differential gears shall be inspected and accepted in accordance with the requirements of Article 4.11;
Electrical parts shall be inspected and accepted in accordance with the requirements of Article 4.12;
The centrifuge shall be tested for no load for no less than 4 hours at the specified speed in the factory, and shall meet the requirements of Articles 4.4e, 4.4f, and 4.4g. The centrifuge shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory, and shall be accompanied by technical documents proving the quality of the product. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
Each centrifuge shall be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous position. The type and size of the label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and indicate the following:
Manufacturer name;
Product name and model;
Main technical parameters;
Manufacturing date and factory number.

The packaging of centrifuges shall comply with the provisions of JB/ZQ4286, and export products shall comply with relevant regulations. When the whole machine is transported naked, the exposed electrical equipment shall be partially wrapped, and the exposed processed surface shall be coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped well. Electrical equipment and removed objects on the machine shall be packed in packaging boxes, which shall be firm and reliable, and have rain and moisture-proof measures. There shall be obvious text marks and symbols on the outside of the packaging box, including: a.

7.8 When the centrifuge is stored outdoors, it should be protected from rain and snow; electrical equipment should be placed in a dry and clean room to prevent rust and damage. Additional remarks:
