The assembly type, specification and number of gaskets of the disc spring in the tap chuck should comply with the requirements of the drawings. 3.7 3 The tap sleeve should be tested for torque after assembly and should comply with the provisions of Table 3, with a deviation of no more than 10%. 3.8 3.9 The type and size of the connecting taper shank, Morse taper shank shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1443; 7:24 taper shank shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3837.3 or GB/T10944 respectively. 3.10 The letters, numbers, symbols, trademarks and marks on the surface of the tap chuck shall be correct and clear. 3.11 The surface of the tap chuck shall not have defects such as bumps, scratches, burrs, rust, etc. The roughness R value of its grinding surface shall not exceed 1.63.12 The surface of chrome-plated and blackened parts shall be uniform in color, blackened parts shall be glossy, and chrome-plated parts shall be matte chrome-plated. 3.13 The tap chuck shall be subjected to cutting tests.
