Elongation
The inner and outer surfaces of the pipe should be smooth and clean, and should not have defects such as cracks, pinholes, peeling, bubbles, rough drawing, inclusions, separation and green rust.
For pipes with higher precision, slight, local scratches, pits, spots, fine drawing marks and rolling marks are allowed, which do not make the outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe exceed half of the allowable deviation.s2n
GB 8011—87
For ordinary precision pipes, slight, local scratches, pits, spots, fine pulling marks and rolling marks are allowed, which do not make the outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe exceed the allowable deviation. Slight oxidation color and local, slight water marks are not used as a basis for scrapping. 3 Test method
3.1 The arbitration analysis method of the chemical composition of the pipe shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of YB128-76 "Nickel Chemical Analysis Method" and YB596--65 "Nickel Copper Alloy (NCu28-2.5-1.5) Chemical Analysis Method". 3.2 The tensile test of the pipe shall be carried out in accordance with GB2 28--76 "Metal Tensile Test Method". 3.3 The size of the pipe should be measured using measuring tools such as a sub-ruler and a steel tape measure, and when the inner diameter is less than 1mm, the wall thickness is measured by weight.
The formula for measuring wall thickness by weight is as follows:
Wu Zhong: S-
Wall thickness, mm;
Outer radius of the pipe, mm;
P—Measured weight of 1 meter pipe, g,
-Density, g/cm2.
Nickel and nickel alloy seamless thin-walled pipes of various grades have the following densities: N2, N4, N6, DN All are 8.9;
NMg0.1, NSi0.19, NCu28-2.5-1.5 are all 8-8p
NCu 40-2-1 is 8.7.
3.4 The method of measuring the curvature is to place the pipe parallel to the platform, use a 1m long steel ruler to lean against the concave surface of the measured pipe, and use a ruler or other measuring instrument to measure the maximum distance between the pipe and the steel ruler. 3.5 The surface quality of the pipe is checked with the naked eye. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 Inspection and acceptance
4.1.1 The pipe should be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality should be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 4.1.2 The buyer should inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the inspection results do not conform to the provisions of this standard, it should be reported to the supplier within two months from the receipt of the product, and the supply and demand parties should negotiate to resolve it. 4.2 Batches
Pipes should be submitted for inspection in batches. Each batch should consist of the same brand, furnace number, specification and state. The weight of each batch shall not exceed 500kg. 4.3 Inspection items
Each batch of pipes shall be inspected for chemical composition, mechanical properties, external dimensions and surface quality. 4.4 Sampling location and sampling quantity
4.4.1 Sampling of chemical composition
4.4.1.1 During the melting and casting process, the supplier shall take a sample from each furnace for chemical composition inspection. 4.4.1.2 The buyer shall randomly take a sample from each batch of pipes for chemical composition inspection. 4.4.2 The tensile test of pipes shall be carried out by randomly taking a pipe from each batch, and taking a sample from each pipe. 4.4.3 At least 20 pipes from each batch shall be taken for external dimension measurement. If the wall thickness is measured by weight method, 5 pipes shall be taken from each batch. 4.4.4 Sampling for surface quality inspection
Sample 1% of the pipes by weight from each batch for external surface quality inspection; when the weight is less than 10kg, at least 20 pipes must be sampled. 4.5 Repeated tests
GB8011-87
Even if the test results of any sample are unqualified, double samples should be taken from the batch for retesting of the unqualified items. . If there is still one unqualified sample in the re-inspection result, the entire batch will be scrapped or inspected one by one, and the qualified ones will be compiled into separate batches for acceptance. 5 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
The packaging, marking, transportation and storage of pipes shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of YB730-70 "Marking, packaging, transportation and storage of heavy non-ferrous metal plus 1 products - General methods"; but for The packaging regulations for pipes with a diameter of less than 3mm are as follows: the pipes are wrapped in moisture-proof paper and put into plastic tubes, and then put into boxes with soft fillers.
