GH/T 27959—2011 This standard is used for monitoring, forecasting, warning and issuing of low temperature disasters by meteorological, agricultural, statistical, civil affairs and other relevant departments at all levels and their evaluation. 2 Terms and definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 2.1 Air temperature A physical quantity indicating the degree of coldness and heat of air.
