This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of ground blocks used for supporting well-drilling machines in minor repair operations of oil and gas wells and for lifting equipment in drilling and drilling operations.

3.4Those who have special requirements for the structure and performance of the floor pulley should consult with the manufacturer. 4 Technical requirements
4.1The manufacture of the floor pulley shall comply with the requirements of this standard and shall be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. DC20
4.2The materials used in the product shall comply with the corresponding national standards or industry standards, but shall not use steel plates with a minimum service limit of less than 230MPa.
The ratio of the shear screen service limit to the tensile yield limit is 0.58. The various steel materials used for the product shall have the quality certificate of the manufacturer. If there is no quality certificate, chemical composition analysis and mechanical property tests shall be carried out, and only qualified ones can be used. bzxz.net
4.3The materials specified in the drawings may be substituted, but the product performance shall not be reduced after substitution. 4.4The standard parts and purchased parts used in the floor pulley shall comply with the provisions of the design drawings. 4.5Castings shall comply with the provisions of SY5301 and SY5302. 4.6Forgings shall comply with the provisions of SY5304.
4.7 Technical requirements for welding, mechanical processing, assembly, painting, packaging, etc., if not clearly specified in this standard, shall be implemented in accordance with the corresponding contents of SY5305, SY 5306, SY 5307.SY 5308.SY 5309. 4.8 The depth of the pulley groove h is (1.33~1.75) d. 4.9 Defects on the non-machined surface of the ring can be eliminated by grinding. 5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 Factory inspection
Each floor block should be inspected before leaving the factory, and can only leave the factory after passing the inspection. 5.1.1 Check the sliding condition of the pulley bearing, which should comply with the requirements of Article 4.11 Regulations, 5.1.2 Check all threaded connections, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.15. 5.1.3 Check whether the pulley rotates flexibly, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.12. 5.1.4 Check the appearance quality of the floor pulley, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.12. 5.2 Type test
5.2.1 Type tests shall be carried out on new products or old products with major improvements in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance. For series of products with the same design but different sizes: two intermediate-level products shall be selected for testing, and the test results shall apply to all products in the series.
5.2.2 Products undergoing type tests shall be graded and loaded to the maximum test Load value. Each level of load shall be repeated at least once. The maximum test load value is equal to the maximum manned load of the floor pulley. The maximum manned test load loading time is 15 minutes, and the rest is 3 minutes. 5.2.3 On the test product, strain gauges are used to test the stress values ​​under each level of test load where high stress is expected. The measured stress values ​​shall not exceed the design allowable values.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The product nameplate of the floor pulley shall be fixed at the position specified in the drawing. The nameplate shall comply with the provisions of JB8. The content of the nameplate is as follows:, floor pulley model;

6.2 Before packaging, all working surfaces of the floor block are coated with anti-rust material, and other surfaces are coated with red anti-rust paint. 6.3 The floor block should be shipped in boxes.
6.4 The floor block must not be dragged on the ground during transportation. 6.5 During the storage period of the floor block, there should be reliable rainproof, moisture-proof and sun-proof measures. 6.6 The accompanying documents should include the following contents
