6.1 Hardness test
6.1.1 Test with Rockwell hardness tester.
6.1.2 Test location
On the parallel line at half the width of the blade from the cutting edge, measure one point at 10mm from the tip, 5mm from the heel and the midpoint of the two points, and the other three points.
6.2 Metallographic test
6.2.1 Test with metallographic microscope (500×). 6.2.2 Observation location is on the cross section at half the length of the blade cutting edge and one third of the distance from the cutting edge. 6.3 Cutting edge sharpness test
Cutting edge sharpness shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of QB/T2141.2. Items 5.4.2 and 5.4.3 shall be inspected by visual inspection. 6.4 Elasticity test
Use a protractor to measure the angle between the line connecting any point on the blade and the limit position with the blade rivet as the axis, as the angle of spring straightening and springing in. 5.5.1 and 5.5.4 are tested by hand. 506
6.5 Electroplating layer test
QB/T2141.1—1995
Electroplating layer is tested according to GB5938, and corrosion resistance level is evaluated according to GB5944. 6.6 Surface roughness test
Tested with an electric profiler.
6.7 Finished knife test
- KAoNi KAca-
5.8.1~~5.8.3 are tested by hand visually, the height relationship between the spring and the splint or blade shell is measured with a vernier caliper, and the gap is measured with a grade 1 or 2 feeler gauge.
6.8 Appearance inspection
In natural light or with an illumination of 200~300lx (equivalent to the illumination of a 40W fluorescent lamp at 500mm), visually inspect the surface of the sample at a distance of 350mm from the naked eye.
7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2 Factory inspection
