Sea maximum point S; maximum point 8 Measurement method JB/T8564--1997 8.1 The tolerance measurement method shall comply with the provisions of GB/T307.2. 8.2 The contact angle shall be measured in accordance with the instruments and measurement principles specified in ZBJ11023. 8.3 The method for measuring the preload protrusion shall be in accordance with the regulations of the competent department of the manufacturer. Figure 5 8.4 For the measurement of the starting friction torque of bearings of all assembly methods (2, 3, 4 sets, etc.), two sets of bearings shall be assembled together in a back-to-back (DB) form and the starting friction torque shall be sampled and tested. The measured value shall not be greater than twice the value specified in Table 5. The number of random inspections shall not be less than 5% of the production batch and shall not be less than 5 sets at least. The measurement method is shown in Appendix A (Suggested Appendix). 9 Inspection Rules 9.1 In addition to the provisions of ZBJ11020, the main inspection items of bearings include Zama—Amp2Apmp-Abmn2Sual--Sa2, SealSea2*The qualified quality level AQL value is 1.5. 9.2 100% inspection of contact angle, qualified quality level AQL value is 4. 10 Bearing oiling packaging Each assembled bearing group should be oil-sealed to prevent rust. In addition to complying with the provisions of GB8597, the individual bearings in the group should be sealed with clean plastic bags and placed in the same packaging box, and each set of bearings should be separated by rust-proof cardboard; for universal assembled bearings, individual bearings should be sealed with clean plastic bags and placed in the packaging box.
