Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on January 8, 19921 Implemented on July 1, 1992 HG2265--92 4.4 The vulcanizing tank must have a device to measure and display the pressure and temperature inside the tank. 4.5 The automatic control vulcanizing tank should be able to automatically adjust the pressure and temperature inside the tank according to the given vulcanizing process during a complete vulcanization cycle. 4.6 The temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the inner cavity working area of the indirect heating vulcanizing tank should not exceed 4°C, the temperature difference between the front and rear ends should not exceed 8°C, and the temperature difference between the inner cavity working area of the direct heating vulcanizing tank should not exceed 10°C. 4.7 The vulcanizing tank should have a device to discharge condensed water. 4.8 The motor of the vulcanizing tank should be a closed motor. 4.9 The selection of the head and body materials of the vulcanizer shall comply with the provisions of GB150. 4.10 When a strong corrosive medium is generated during the vulcanization process, the vulcanizer shall be made of corresponding corrosion-resistant metal materials (or anti-corrosion measures shall be adopted). 4.11 The design, processing, welding, assembly, non-destructive testing and inspection of the main pressure-bearing parts of the vulcanizer shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB150. 4.12 The cumulative working time of the vulcanizer before the first failure shall not be less than 400h. Under normal operating conditions, the safe working time of the vulcanizer shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 4.13 5 Safety requirements The safe working time shall not be less than 5.1 When the use of the vulcanizer exceeds the safe working time, it shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Safety Supervision of Pressure Vessels" to determine whether it can continue to be used. 5.2. The vulcanizer shall have a safety device that can only open the tank cover when there is no pressure in the tank. 5.3 The vulcanizer should be equipped with a safety valve 5.4 The vulcanizer should be equipped with a device to prevent the tank cover from loosening during the vulcanization process. 5.5 The noise sound pressure level of the vulcanizer during operation shall not be greater than 80dB (A). 5.6 The vulcanizer should have a structure that is easy to hoist. 6 Test methods 6.1 Idle operation test 6.1.1 After the vulcanizer is assembled and the weld quality inspection is qualified, it must be tested and inspected according to the following items:. According to the requirements of Article 4.2, check the opening, closing and locking of the tank cover: the number of working cycles of the manual control test shall not be less than 5 times; the number of working cycles of the automatic control test shall not be less than 10 times; the action shall be flexible, accurate and reliable; b. Check the reliability of the safety device according to the requirements of Article 5.4. 6.1.2 For the indirect heating type vulcanizing tank, the gas circulation device shall be tested for no less than 1h of idling operation, and the bearing temperature rise shall not be greater than 20℃. 6.2 Water pressure test HG2265-92 6.2.1 After each vulcanizing tank passes the idling test, a water pressure test must be carried out. The test pressure, time and rental method shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB150, and the weld shall not leak. 6.2.2 The pipeline system of the vulcanizing tank must be subjected to a water pressure test. The test pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure, and the pressure is maintained for 20 minutes without leakage. bZxz.net 6.3 Load operation test 5.3.1 Load operation test can only be carried out after the idling and water pressure tests are passed. 6.3.2 The continuous load operation time shall not be less than 2h. Check the following items: Check the accuracy and reliability of each control device according to the requirements of 4.2~4.5; Place the thermometer at the appropriate position of the vulcanizer (without sulfide) at the working pressure and working temperature. Measure the temperature difference in the tank b. : Check the reliability of the safety device according to the requirements of 5.1 and 5.2; Use a sound level meter to measure the noise sound pressure level of the vulcanizer during operation; d. The motor power of the gas circulation device should not be greater than the rated power value. e. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Factory inspection 7.1.1 Each product must be inspected before leaving the factory. 7.1.2 The factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 6.1 and 6.2 and shall comply with their provisions. 7.1.3 Each product shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturing unit before leaving the factory. When leaving the factory, it shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate and major measured data. 7.2 Type inspection 7.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the standard and shall comply with its provisions. Type inspection is required when any of the following situations occurs: 7.2.2 Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production: b. When the product has major changes in structure, process, or material; lc. When the product is out of production for a long time (more than 3 years apart), when the production is resumed: During normal production, at least one unit shall be sampled each year, d. When the sample test fails, two more units shall be sampled. If there is still one unit that fails, the reason shall be found out and the batch of products shall be inspected one by one, 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 8.1 Each product shall be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous position. The form, size and technical requirements of the label shall comply with the provisions of JB8, and the content of the label shall comply with the provisions of GB150, 8.2 Before the product leaves the factory, all exposed pipe openings, door opening devices, gas circulation devices, etc. shall be wrapped and sealed, and stored in a dry and windy place to avoid moisture. When stored in the open air, rain protection measures shall be taken. 8.3 The painting, packaging and transportation of the product shall comply with the provisions of JB2536. 9 Others If the user complies with the relevant requirements for transportation, storage, installation and use, and unpacks and accepts the product within six months after arrival, the manufacturer shall bear the warranty period of 18 months from the date of arrival of the product. 3 Additional instructions: HG2265-92 This standard is proposed by China Chemical Equipment Corporation, Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China.
