3.1 Secondary acid liquids should be packaged in a combination of plastic trays with a maximum capacity of 50, plastic molds with a maximum empty volume of 1 and plastic micro-boxes (including product cartons) with a maximum net weight of 60kg. 3.2 Secondary acid liquid containers (hereinafter referred to as containers) must be marked with the relevant dangerous goods transportation regulations and the specified permanent joint dangerous goods packaging mark. 3.3 Reasonable packaging structure , good protective performance, in line with the provisions of the "Protocol on the Transport of Dangerous Goods", its design mode, process, and materials should be adapted to the characteristics of hypochlorite, suitable for storage, so that it can be safely installed and returned, and can withstand the risks and hazards under normal transportation conditions. 3.4 All parts of the packaging that are in direct contact with hypochlorite should be designed to reduce the risk of people coming into contact with sodium hypochlorite. 3. If the packaging of sodium hypochlorite generates a high pressure due to the light content (due to other reasons such as increased density), a vent should be installed on the container, but the gas should not be discharged due to the large amount of gas, and the risk of the contents should be limited. For the returned packaging, the design should be suitable for the gas flow under normal transportation. The leakage of the filter element downstream of the positive filter element will cause the combustion of foreign substances. For combination packaging, the outer packaging should be designed to prevent the leakage of other non-gas packaging. 3.6 The plastic bottles in the combination packaging should be tested in a way that they will not crack, shave, etc. or their contents will leak into the outer container under the normal transportation conditions.
3.7 The new packaging should be able to pass the fourth single heat test again and should meet the requirements of the whole packaging. 3.8 The production and sales units of sodium fluoride solution should follow the requirements of record 4 when using the packaging. 4 Performance test (inspection)
4.1 Implementation and frequency of tests
A.1.1 Before using a packaging in a new way, the design type should be tested. 1.? For the secondary aspects of the packaging, the internal packaging is reduced in size, the net vertical plug, the box and other packaging are reduced in size and other aspects, which are different from the test type. The main department may allow selective packaging performance testing. GB19107-2003
4.1.3 If the accuracy of the test station is not affected, a few preliminary tests can be conducted on a sample: 4.2 Preparation of packaging test
4.2.1 For the ready-to-delivery bags, including the components of the entire inner packaging, the original type of the flammable material will change when the light test is performed (including the change of the plastic swelling number). During the test period of more than one month, the compatibility test shall be carried out. For the first and last 24h, the test product shall be placed in the closed device. For the container with vents, the time for each test is 1m. After the storage period, the selected products are subjected to the performance tests listed in 4.3:
4.2.3 Test items
4.2.3.1 The surface and belt of the material shall be subjected to the head drop test, the tightness (sealing rate) extreme pressure test, and the stacking test. 4.2.3.2 The combined packaging shall be subjected to the drop test and the stacking test. 4.3 Performance test methods

4.3.4.4 Test method and stacking load
In plastic barrels, the combination of materials packaged in containers can carry a lot of water. The total mass of the components on it is also equivalent to that of the test sample. If the relative density of the liquid in the test sample is different from that of the body to be transported, the effective load should be calculated according to the latter. The minimum stacking height including the test sample is 3m. The test environment of the group packaging shall meet the requirements of 4.3.4.2. The test time is 2 hours. The plastic belt seat shall be subjected to the test of stacking before being stacked at a humidity of more than 4°C.

5 Standard inspection rules
5.1 Packaging production! The packaging of the produced sub-oxygen hate sodium discarded products should be ensured to comply with the provisions of the wood standard, and the relevant inspection doors should be inspected according to this standard.
5.2 Performance inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: - Performance inspection should be carried out when a new product is put into production or when the product is converted: After formal production, the structure, material, and process are changed, which may affect the performance of the product; when normal production is stopped, the requirements of 5.3 should be reported to 1... When the product is suspended for a long time and resumes production! - The national inspection department will conduct performance inspection on the product. 5.3 The performance inspection cycle is 1 The inspection period for new models is 3 months, 3 months and 6 months. If the product fails to meet the requirements, the inspection period can be increased by one month and the inspection period can be reduced by one month. 5.4 During the service life, random inspections can be carried out once, twice and once in a month, respectively. The number of samples inspected each time should not exceed 2. 5.5 The validity period of chlorine filter packaging is 12 months from the date of production. Packages that have expired or are used again need to be inspected before use. The package must be inspected and the validity period must not exceed 6 months. For general packages, the validity period shall not exceed months from the date of installation. 5. For the inspections specified in 5.1 to 5.5, the inspections shall be carried out according to the following procedures: If the delivery standard is met, each design model of the packaging of each production shall be inspected item by item. If all samples fail to pass the test, the packaging of the design model shall be deemed unqualified.
5.7 For the packaging that fails the inspection, the packaging of the next design model produced by the manufacturer shall not be used to pack the sodium hypochlorite solution, unless it passes the re-inspection. When it passes the re-inspection, its strictness shall be changed. Appendix A
【Normative Appendix
Requirements for the use of sodium hypochlorite solution packaging GB19107-2003
A, 1 When the package is filled with sodium hypochlorite, sufficient unfilled space shall be left to ensure that the sodium hypochlorite solution will not be filled due to the expansion caused by the change of humidity during transportation. In general, the hypochlorite solution is filled to a volume below the required volume.
4.2 When sodium hypochlorite liquid is contained in combination packaging, the plastic bottle should be properly sealed to limit its movement in the outer packaging and prevent it from falling over. The outer packaging should be marked with a clear mark indicating the direction of operation in accordance with the requirements of B[9. A.3 The combination package is intact and the opening should be flat and firm. The packing tape is tightly wrapped around the box. A.4 No dangerous goods should be adhered to the outside of each package: A.5 Each package of sodium hypochlorite liquid should be affixed with the *hazardous goods label specified in GB190, and the chemical safety label should be added in accordance with the requirements of GB13258.
A.6 The package containing hypochlorite should be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse to avoid exposure to sunlight, and it is forbidden to store it together with other goods that may react with hypochlorite.
