Introduction to standards:

This standard applies to the determination of the steam reduction rate of vat dyes (ultrafine powder) in the suspension pad dyeing process. The pad dyeing, intermediate drying, steaming, oxidation, soaping, and washing parts in the test simulate industrial production. Under specific conditions, the time for the sample to give a basically normal color is calculated and expressed in seconds. National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Test method for the reduction speed of vat dyes Steam process
UDC:667.21 : 535
GB 4469— 84
This standard applies to the determination of the steam reduction rate of vat dyes (ultrafine powder) in suspension pad dyeing. In the test, the pad dyeing, drying, steaming, oxidation, soaping and washing parts are simulated industrial production. Under specific conditions, the time for the sample to give a basically normal color is calculated and expressed in seconds.
1: Materials and instruments and equipment
. Fabric material: 42″×21″ bleached mercerized cotton gabardine, semi-finished product 200cm×20cm after pre-dyeing treatment. b. Pad dyeing machine: laboratory polydan (BENZ) pad dyeing, baking, steam-steaming unit or similar pad dyeing machine red. c. Day: Most of the analysis, the sensitivity is not large "0.0004g. 2 Reagents and solutions
The reagent specifications are in accordance with the relevant provisions of the National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB2374-80 "General Conditions for Dyeing Determination":
2.1 Preparation of reducing solution
Dissolve 35g of 100% sodium hydroxide, 35g of 85% insurance powder, and 100g of sodium chloride per liter of solution (prepared for immediate use). 2.2 Preparation of oxidizing solution
Dissolve 3g of sodium perborate and 2ml of acetic acid per liter of solution. 2.3 Preparation of soaping solution
Dissolve 5g of neutral soap and 3g of anhydrous sodium carbonate per liter of solution. 2.4 Preparation of anti-migration agent
Dissolve more than 5g of sodium alginate or hydroxyethyl soap gel per liter of solution. 2.5 Preparation of 10% penetrant JFC solutionWww.bzxZ.net
Dissolve 100ml of penetrant JFC in each liter of liquid. 2.6 Preparation of pad dyeing solution
Take the preparation of 200g of pad dyeing solution with a concentration of 60g/L as an example: accurately weigh 12g of dye sample (weigh to 0.001g), put it in a beaker, add a little water, mix it into a homogeneous slurry, dilute it to about 100ml with water, add 2ml of 10% penetrant JFC solution, stir and add 80ml of anti-migration agent, then dilute it to 200g with water, stir well and set aside.
Note that the pad dyeing depth can be increased or decreased according to the specific conditions of the product, generally 0-6ng/L. 3 Test method
Process: one dip and one roll (rolling rate 60~65%) intermediate + drying (100℃, 2min) → wave roll reduction solution (rolling rate 100±5%) - + steaming (0.5kg/cm2, 102~103℃ saturated steam) - + oxidation → water washing → boiling soap boiling → water washing → roll 1 → 60℃ drying → evaluation.
3.1 Roller dyeing operation
National Bureau of Standards 1984-06-05 Issued
. 1985-0301 Implementation
GB 4469-84
The roller dyeing machine is operated normally with empty car, and the test fabric is used to calibrate the roll rate to 60% or 65%, clean and put the roller of the roller dyeing machine aside for use. The sample fabric is dipped and rolled.
3.2 Intermediate drying
The sample is intermediately dried after rolling.
Sampling: After drying 1, the sample is sampled evenly in the middle. Each piece is 30cmx20cm, a total of six samples, numbered. If the sample is uneven, repeat the padding.
3.3 Dip and pad in reducing solution, steam
The six samples with the above numbers are sewn and tied to the guide cloth, and dipped in reducing solution respectively. Sample No. 1 is steamed for 10s, sample No. 2 is steamed for 20s, and samples No. 3, 4, 5, and 6 are steamed for 30, 40, 50, and 60s respectively before being taken out. 3.4 Oxidation
Put the steamed sample in the oxidizing solution, oxidize it at room temperature for 15 minutes, and then take it out. (The bath ratio should be no less than 1:200). 3.5 Washing and soap boiling
After the oxidized sample is washed with running cold water, it is boiled in the same soap boiling bath for 15 minutes (the soap boiling: bath ratio should be 1:200), and then rinsed with cold water.
After washing with soap and water, the sample is dried and cooled in an oven at 60~70℃. 4 Evaluation
According to the relevant provisions of GB2374-80 "General Conditions for Dyeing Measurement". Use visual evaluation to determine the time for the sample to reach a basically normal color yield after 10, 2030, 40, 50, 605 steam reduction, which is the reduction rate of the sample, expressed in seconds.
