The couplings specified in this standard are suitable for medium and high-speed transmission bearing systems that connect two axis lines with load starting, require safety protection, and do not require speed regulation. This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of steel ball energy saving safety couplings (hereinafter referred to as couplings).
The coupling specified in this standard is suitable for connecting two coaxial shafts with load start or frequent start, requiring safety protection, and medium and high-speed transmission shaft systems without speed regulation. It has the performance of converting heavy-load start into no-load start, adjustable transmission torque and easy overload protection. It has certain characteristics of compensating for the relative offset of the two connected shafts and vibration reduction. The working temperature is -20~+90℃, the transmission power is 0.3~5550kW; the speed is 600~3000r/min.
