Fix the umbrella pole, hang a weight on the umbrella handle or use a force measuring device to apply a 150N pulling force along the axial direction of the umbrella pole. 6.9 Wind resistance of umbrella pole
Before the test, adjust the speed of the blower with an anemometer until the wind speed reaches 10m/s. The placement of the anemometer is shown in Figure 8. After the wind speed is adjusted, turn off the blower. Then open the umbrella (see Figure 9), clamp it with a clamp in the direction shown in the figure, fix the umbrella handle with straight ribs: retract 7

and fix the bottom of the umbrella pole - 1/2 of the section. The height adjustment of the umbrella is shown in Figure 9. After the umbrella is fixed, start the blower and stop it after 30 seconds. Take down the umbrella and use it three times according to the actual situation. Check the umbrella pole and ribs, which should meet the specified requirements. Unit is mm

6.10 Number of continuous switching without fault
QB/T1099-2005
Carry out the switch test indoors by hand or simulated umbrella opening machine. One opening and one closing is one time. The rate of straight umbrella is 30 times/min~35 times/min, and the rate of folded umbrella is 20 times/min~25 times/min. The number of times any fault listed in 5.10 occurs is the actual measured value. 6.11 Rainproof performance

H=(700~900)mm
Figure 10 Schematic diagram of rain shower device
6.11.2. Rain shower test procedure
First open the umbrella, make the umbrella pole vertical to the ground, adjust the height H from the bottom of the umbrella cap to the end face of the nozzle to 700mm~~900mm, and allow the umbrella surface to rotate around the umbrella pole at a speed of 5r/min; the water spray volume should reach (3.6±0.5)L,min, and the entire umbrella surface should be within the rain shower range. Observe the umbrella blood within 2 minutes, which should meet the requirements of 5.11 (if other devices are used for testing, the umbrella blood speed, water spray volume and rain shower range should meet the requirements of this standard).

6.13.1 Rib elasticity (only for straight ribs) Fix a 1000mm steel ruler and use the edge of the steel ruler as a reference to bend each long rib. The distance between the two ends is shortened along the edge of the steel ruler so that the shortened part is equal to 20% of the length of the long rib. Unload after 30 seconds and immediately measure their chord height to take the maximum value. 6.13.2 Rib wind resistance
Before the test, adjust the speed of the blower with an anemometer until the wind speed reaches 10m/s. The placement of the anemometer is shown in Figure 8. After the wind speed is adjusted, turn off the blower. Then open the umbrella (see Figure 11) and use a fire tool in the direction shown in the figure. The clamping position is shown in Figure 11. At this time, start the blower and stop it after 30 seconds. Take down the umbrella and use it three times according to the actual situation. Check that it meets the specified requirements. 9
