Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T7734-95 Test method for anti-mud and water sealing of tractors Published on June 20, 1995 Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Implementation on January 1, 1996 Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Test method for anti-mud and water sealing of tractors 1 Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the anti-mud and water sealing performance of tractors. Water tightness test method JB/T7734-95 This standard applies to the anti-mud and water tightness test of wheeled tractors and walk-behind tractors for paddy field operations. Boat tractors and belt tractors for paddy field operations can refer to it. 2 Test conditions Choose one of the following two facilities: a. The length of the mud and water tank is about 100m, and the width should meet the operating requirements of the test in Article 3.3. The mud and water depth in the tank is 30cm, and the mud content in the mud and water is about 25% (mass percentage). b. The length and width of the mud and water pool can accommodate the entire tractor, and the water surface in the pool is adjustable relative to the tractor being tested. The filter soil content in the mud and water is about 25% (mass percentage). There should be a device in the pool to stir the mud and water and drive the guide wheel of the wheel tractor to rotate. 3 Test method 3.1 The test should be carried out when the tractor is no more than half a year from the date of leaving the factory and the working time does not exceed 150h (including running-in and test time). 3.2 The duration of the tractor test in muddy water is 3 hours. 3.3 When testing in a muddy water tank, the tractor is controlled by the driver. The wheeled tractor moves forward at a speed of nearly 6 km/h and reverses at a speed of nearly 3 km/h, and travels back and forth; the hand-held tractor travels at a speed of nearly 4 km/h and turns around at both ends of the muddy water tank. 3.4 When testing in a muddy water tank, the tractor body is supported so that it is in a horizontal working state, and the wheels of the tractor are suspended and run. The rotational linear speed of each wheel of the tractor shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.3. When testing a wheeled tractor, the water surface is consistent with the axis of the guide wheel, but when the static radius of the guide wheel is greater than 40 cm, the water surface is adjusted so that the draft of each wheel is 40 cm: when testing a hand-held tractor, the water surface is consistent with the axis of the drive wheel. 3.5 The prototype after the test is left in a dry place indoors for more than 12 hours. After there is no residual water on the outside, conduct an oil seepage and leakage inspection, and dismantle and inspect the oil seals of each axle and steering knuckle for muddy water ingress inspection. 3.6 The lubricating oil and grease shall be inspected for water content by visual inspection and electric soldering iron detection. When using electric soldering iron for detection, the soldering iron shall be fully preheated and can only be used when oil smoke is produced on the surface after the electric soldering iron tip is dipped in oil. 4 Test result verification 4.1 If there is seepage or oil leakage within 12 hours after the test, it is judged as oil leakage. 4.2 If there are visible water drops in the oil and grease on the inner side of the oil seal edge and in the lubricating oil and grease sealing cavity, or there is a cracking sound when detecting with an electric soldering iron, it is judged as muddy water intrusion. 5 Test Report A test report should be filled in for the tractor anti-mud and water sealing test. The test report format is as follows: Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on June 20, 1995 Implemented on January 1, 1996 Impact and pulling machine model: Factory date: Test facility type: Transmission box gear: Testing unit: Additional instructions: JB/T 7734--95 Tractor anti-mud and water sealing test reportwww.bzxz.net Manufacturer: Test location: Test date: Test speed: Seal device status (Test number) No.: Oil leakage or mud and water ingress Inspector: This standard is proposed by the National Technical Committee for Tractor Standardization.
