This standard is the first revised version of GB5198-85 "Lead caps for antibiotic bottles". This standard is equivalent to IS08362-3:1989 injection containers and accessories 1988 general requirements and test force method for lead caps of blood transfusion, infusion and injection bottles". Part 3: Aluminum caps for injection bottles and 15(8872: When revising GB5198-85, the blooming (type B and C in the standard) and non-blooming (type E) lead caps specified in the original standard are still retained. The center hole (type A) and tear-off (type D) specified in ISO 8362-3:1989 are added. Type) aluminum caps, except for the technical content of type E aluminum caps, which has not changed, the technical content of other types of aluminum caps is very different from the original standard due to their usage characteristics and applicable bottle stoppers. 1) The thickness shall be determined by negotiation between the domestic supply and demand parties within a given range. The thickness shall not exceed the nominal value + 0.022mm. This standard only gives the limit value, but does not specify the tolerance.
2) 20g lead cap is suitable for G2.610 type 4 molded bottles and YY0169.2 type A plug. 20h aluminum cap with h of 7.3mm is suitable for B-molded bottles in GB 2240 and I31 type plug in YYC1692; 20h aluminum cap with b of 6.mm is suitable for G132641 and other molded bottles and A type plug in YY(r:692. If used for other bottle and plug matching types, the nominal size is determined by the supply and demand parties in the range of 4~7.8mm. The mark is determined by negotiation. The mark is composed of "lead cover", this standard number, nominal size and type letter. For example: the B-type (two-bridged) lead cover with a nominal size of 2 (a) in accordance with this standard is marked as aluminum cover GB5198.1-20a-B. 6 Requirements 6.1 Mechanical properties of the material The mechanical properties of the cover material shall comply with the requirements specified in the four categories A, B, C, and I in Table 2. 7.1 Mechanical properties of materials
The mechanical properties (tensile strength and elongation) of the lead cover material shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB228. Note 4: Aluminum manufacturers can accept goods based on the mechanical properties test and chemical composition analysis report issued by the aluminum supplier. 7.2 Appearance quality

7.5 Cleaning resistance, sterilization resistance, compatibility, strength 7.5.1 Cleaning Process: When the user has a requirement, the aluminum cap is cleaned according to the user's cleaning process. 7.5.2 Hot air sterilization process: hot air treatment 180℃ 1Hh 7.5.3 Capping process: take antibiotic glass bottles that meet GB2640 or G132641, cover them with bottle stoppers that meet YY0169.2, and add aluminum caps. Cover and seal them when used. Note 5: Please choose matching antibiotic glass bottles and bottle stoppers, see table: footnote 2), 7.6 Coating solidity
