Appendix A
Dehumidification capacity test method
(Supplement)
A1.1 The installation of the tested dehumidifier shall be in accordance with the provisions of the manufacturer's product manual. A1.2 The size of the test room shall ensure that the minimum distance between the dehumidifier and the surrounding walls is not less than 1m, and the minimum distance from the air outlet to the additional wall is not less than 1.8m. The test device shall be able to simulate the actual working state of the dehumidifier. The indoor air circulation should ensure that the wind speed at 1m away from the dehumidifier does not exceed 0.5m/s. A1.3
The indoor air temperature should be sampled 15cm away from the air inlet of the dehumidifier and should not be affected by the exhaust or other heat sources of the dehumidifier being tested. The temperature at the measuring point should represent the temperature around the dehumidifier and be similar to the conditions in actual use. The air velocity flowing through the wet-bulb thermometer should be within 3.5-8m/s, with the optimal value being 5m/s. For dehumidifiers with temperature and humidity controllers, the temperature and humidity controllers should be stopped during the test. When testing a thermostatic dehumidifier, no cooling water is passed through the water-cooled condenser. Record the following data every 20 minutes:
Inlet air dry-bulb temperature, C;
Inlet air wet-bulb temperature, ℃;
Total input power, kW;
Input current, A;
Voltage, V;
Power frequency, Hz.
At the end of the test, the amount of condensed water collected during the test duration and the atmospheric pressure during the test should be recorded. A2 Calculation of test results
1 Calculation formula
The measured dehumidification capacity is calculated according to formula (A1):
[1+0.045(27-t)+0.022(60-)]
Wherein: G—measured dehumidification capacity under nominal conditions, kg/h; G, amount of condensed water collected during the test duration, kg; T-test recording duration, h;
t——average dry-bulb temperature of dehumidifier inlet air, ℃: 9 relative humidity (corrected by atmospheric pressure), %. Relative humidity is calculated according to formula (A2):
9=9[1+1.8603×10-3(101.325-B,)]Wherein: 9—measured relative humidity (according to the average value of the measured dry-bulb temperature), %; B, atmospheric pressure during the test, kPa.

A2.2.1 After the dehumidifier is running, record once every 20 minutes until the data recorded for four consecutive times are within the range specified in Table A1, and the working condition is determined to be stable. After the working condition is stable, record once every 20 minutes. For dehumidifiers with a nominal dehumidification capacity less than or equal to 1kg/h, the test record should last for 3 hours, and for other dehumidifiers, it should be 1 hour. The recorded data should all be within the range specified in Table A1. Take the arithmetic mean as the calculated value· and weigh the collected condensed water to calculate the dehumidification capacity under the nominal working condition according to formula (A1) and formula (A2). 101
