The recommended length of mica box is 500mm~1200mm, and the recommended width is
300~1000. It can also be supplied according to the agreed size between the supplier and the buyer.
The deviation of length and width of mica foil trimmed according to the nominal size is ±5%. 4.3

Mica foil with the same raw materials and process and a continuous production quantity not exceeding 500kg is a batch. Each batch shall be subject to factory test, and the factory test items are the 4th and 5th items in Table 3 of Articles 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 of this standard. 6.2
Select no less than 5% of the total number of sheets in a batch for inspection according to Article 4.1 and Article 4.2 of this standard, and the inspection of other items shall be taken on the same box. 6.3 The temperature index in Item 6 of Table 3 of Article 4.3 is the product finalization test item. 6.4 Other items shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 2 of GB5020. 7
Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
The storage period of mica boxes is three months from the date of leaving the factory. Other items shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 3 of GB5020. 7.2
