Scope of Responsibilities of Pumps and Tasks at Each Stage of Design HG/T20704.1-2000
Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the selection content, main responsibilities and main tasks of each stage of design of pumps. Applicable to design management work.
2 Scope of responsibilities
2.1 Pumps selected or designed by this major 2.1.1
Centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps, metering pumps and rotary pumps: rotary, reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, ventilators, blowers and fans (excluding ventilators for building ventilation): centrifuges;
expanders and turbines;
steam turbines, gas turbines, internal combustion engines and steam engines and emergency generator sets; auxiliary equipment for the above pumps;
electric motors connected to and supplied with the above pumps. 2.2 Main responsibilities of this major
Responsible for the selection of pump types and models within the scope of process equipment and its supporting auxiliary equipment during the engineering design stage 2.2.1
(or design).
2.2.2 Responsible for preparing the inquiry data of the pump, conducting technical review of the quotation of the manufacturer (commercial), participating in the manufacturer (commercial) coordination meeting (VCM), reviewing the drawings and data (ACF and CF) of the manufacturer (commercial), reviewing the factory certificate of the manufacturer (commercial) product 275
, etc. Participate in the intermediate inspection and factory inspection of the manufacturer (commercial) products when undertaking the general contract. 2.2.3 Responsible for proposing design conditions to relevant professionals. 2.2.4 Responsible for handling relevant technical issues arising from the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of the pump. This professional shall propose the inquiry data sheet of the motor connected to the pump and supplied in conjunction with it, and it shall be approved by the electrical professional 2.2.5
(when necessary).
2.2.6 This professional shall propose the inquiry data of the instruments and control devices in the unit, and it shall be approved by the instrument professional (when necessary).
Propose the control level requirements for the machine noise. 2.2.73
2.2.8 In combination with the design tasks of technology development and the potential tapping, innovation and transformation of old plants, cooperate with manufacturers (merchants) to design and trial-produce new pump products or modify old equipment, and provide technical services when necessary. 2.2.9 Analyze and study the advanced technology of this profession and its development and application. Collect and master the latest situation of pump products at home and abroad. Actively adopt new technologies and continuously improve professional and technical levels. 2.2.10 Collect and organize engineering standards and specifications of this profession. Prepare and revise basic work such as design manuals and various data tables of this profession.
Assist relevant departments in handling business problems caused by technical reasons during equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning with users (owners) and manufacturers (merchants), and make technical explanations when necessary. 2.2.12 Carry out training and improvement of designers of this profession. 2.2.13 Man-hour estimation and control.
Write the completion report and technical summary of the engineering design phase of this specialty. 2.2.14
Main tasks of each design phase
3.1 Preliminary design phasewww.bzxz.net
3.1.1 Participate in contract discussions, fully understand the requirements of users (owners), plan and propose implementation plans for this specialty. Estimate the total number of man-hours required for this specialty and the manpower load at each stage. 3.1.2 According to the process conditions, study the selection of key pumps and preliminarily select the types of main pumps. Prepare preliminary engineering design regulations or preliminary design instructions according to contract requirements. 3.1.3
3.1.4 According to the conditions of chemical process and process system, select pumps, prepare pump data sheets or participate in the preparation of process equipment sheets and pump estimated energy consumption sheets. 3.1.5 If it is necessary to make preliminary inquiries for some major pumps, a pump pre-inquiry sheet, a brief purchase description, a brief data sheet and other inquiry materials should be prepared. 276
Propose preliminary design conditions to the relevant professionals. Prepare a technical risk memorandum when necessary.
Engineering design (construction drawing design) stage
Basic engineering design
Prepare engineering design regulations, general equipment technical regulations, equipment (inquiry, order) purchase order/technical specifications, data sheets and other technical documents.
Propose suggestions for selecting manufacturers (commercial), conduct technical review of manufacturers (commercial) quotations, and submit a memorandum of technical risks for pump procurement to the design manager when necessary. 3For general standard pumps that do not require inquiry, prepare pump data sheets according to the manufacturer's sample instructions and send them to relevant professionals.
Modify or update inquiry technical documents according to the progress of the project and the requirements of relevant professional conditions. 5Contact the manufacturer (commercial) for technical contact and participate in the manufacturer (commercial) coordination meeting (VCM) (when necessary). Prepare the minutes of the coordination meeting with the manufacturer (commercial) according to the technical issues finally agreed with the manufacturer (commercial) as the technical attachment to the contract (when necessary).
Review the suggestions on spare parts proposed by the manufacturer (commercial). Detailed engineering design
Review the preliminary confirmation drawings and materials (ACF) of the manufacturer (commercial). Provide the relevant drawings and materials of the manufacturer (commercial) to the relevant professionals. Deal with some technical issues raised by the manufacturer (commercial) in the design and manufacturing. Review the final confirmation drawings and materials (CF) of the manufacturer (commercial). 5Prepare the necessary technical documents for on-site installation, start-up, operation and maintenance for the user (owner) and the construction department (when necessary).
6Review the factory certificate of the manufacturer (commercial) product (when necessary). 7
Participate in the intermediate inspection and factory test of the manufacturer (when necessary). Construction and commissioning stage
Responsible for design disclosure, design changes and modifications, and on-site services. Participate in the commissioning assessment work (when necessary). Write the engineering design summary and complete the archiving of the final data. 277
