Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the scope of responsibilities of special equipment professionals and the main tasks of each design stage, and is applicable to design management workers 2
Scope of Responsibilitiesbzxz.net
2.0.1 Cooperate with chemical process, process system and other professionals to select special equipment in process equipment, and be responsible for the design of inquiry drawings of non-standard special equipment and the preparation of relevant technical documents, and participate in equipment procurement. 2.0.2 When necessary, be responsible for the design of manufacturing drawings of special equipment (including special pipe fittings). 2.0.3 Responsible for handling technical issues related to special equipment other than containers, heat exchangers, industrial furnaces, and pumps, such as: granulation nozzles, industrial nozzles, vacuum injection devices, special filters, filter presses, vacuum filters, steam flaring furnaces, electrolytic cells, rotary dryers, stirring devices, liquid bottling and barreling devices, torches, smoke windows, etc. Collect, compile and improve the design standards, specifications and regulations of this profession. 2.0.4
Responsible for technical training and knowledge update of professionals in this profession. 2.0.6 Provide the design manager with a progress report on the project. Assist the business department to promote the signing of contracts. Assist relevant departments in dealing with issues such as equipment technology and costs related to this profession with users, owners of proprietary technology (or patents), and manufacturers.
Estimate and control the labor time consumption of this profession. Complete the design completion report and engineering technology summary of the project. Complete the design return visit work when necessary and prepare the return visit summary. 153
Main tasks of each design stage
Preliminary design stage
Participate in the preparation of the commencement report.
Formulate the basic principles for carrying out design work and prepare preliminary engineering design regulations. 3.1.2
3.1.3According to the conditions published by relevant disciplines such as chemical process and process system, cooperate in the selection of special equipment, preliminarily estimate the equipment weight and prepare equipment data sheets, and complete the main equipment structure diagram. 3.1.4When it is necessary to conduct preliminary inquiries for some major special equipment, a brief inquiry document (including brief data sheets and inquiry drawings, etc.) should be prepared.
3.1.5Provide preliminary design conditions (including power conditions table and noise conditions) to relevant disciplines. 3.1.6
When necessary, cooperate with the budget estimate discipline to estimate the equipment cost. When necessary, prepare a technical risk memorandum. Point out the difficult problems in the design, and put forward suggestions and suggestions for solving the problems. 3.2 Engineering Design (Construction Drawing Design) Stage
When the construction drawing design of special equipment is undertaken by the manufacturer, the main tasks of the special equipment specialty are as follows. If the company undertakes the manufacturing construction drawing design, it can omit the relevant contents related to the review of ACF, CF drawings and materials according to the specific conditions of the project; at the same time, in the detailed engineering design stage, the manufacturing construction drawing design is completed according to the equipment data sheet or equipment diagram (equipment engineering drawing) proposed by the basic engineering design and confirmed by the relevant disciplines. 3.2.1 Basic Engineering Design
1 Select, revise or compile special equipment engineering design regulations (including unified mechanical design regulations for internal use). 2 Select, revise or compile general technical regulations, engineering standards (or standard drawings) and procedure manuals for various types of special equipment.
Compile the inquiry version of the equipment diagram (equipment engineering drawing) and/or equipment data sheet. 4
Compile equipment purchase requisition or technical specification, recommend the manufacturer for inquiry to the purchasing department, and submit inquiry technical documents.
5 Provide equipment schematics and/or data sheets to relevant disciplines. 6 Review the manufacturer's quotation, conduct technical analysis and evaluation, fill in the technical evaluation form, and submit a procurement technical risk memorandum to the design manager when necessary.
7 Conduct technical contact with the inquiring manufacturer, and prepare and participate in the manufacturer coordination meeting (VCM) for key special equipment. Responsible for organizing and signing the minutes of the meeting on technical aspects. Participate in equipment ordering when necessary and handle technical issues related to ordering.
Revise the ordering technical documents, and modify the relevant equipment schematics (equipment engineering drawings) (ordering version), data sheets and other technical documents based on the consensus reached in the manufacturer coordination meeting and before ordering. 9
Provide the revised or updated technical documents to the relevant disciplines. Detailed Engineering Design
Review the advance confirmation (ACF) drawings and related technical information provided by the manufacturer for review. 2
Complete the equipment schematic diagram (equipment engineering drawing) and/or data sheet of the manufacturing version according to the ACF drawings provided by the manufacturer and the supplementary conditions provided by the relevant professionals.
3 Provide the equipment schematic diagram (equipment engineering drawing) of the manufacturing version to the relevant professionals. Provide the ACF equipment outline drawing or general assembly drawing of the manufacturer to the layout, piping, building, and structure professionals. 4
Review the final confirmation (CF) drawings and relevant technical information provided by the manufacturer. Complete the equipment schematic diagram (equipment engineering drawing) and/or data sheet of the construction version. 5
Provide the manufacturer's final confirmation (CF) equipment outline drawing (or general assembly 6
drawing) or the equipment schematic diagram (equipment engineering drawing) of the construction version to the layout, piping, building, and structure professionals. 1
Timely deal with technical issues related to equipment manufacturing. Participate in the supervision, inspection and testing of equipment products when necessary. Prepare the engineering design completion report.
3.3 Construction and commissioning phase
Handle the design and technical issues related to this specialty raised at the construction site, and send design representatives to the construction site if necessary to participate in the commissioning and assessment of the equipment when necessary. Complete the engineering design summary and data archiving of this specialty. 155
