The packaging of all types of yarn-dyed fabrics should ensure that the product quality is not damaged and is convenient for storage and transportation. 2.1 Classification of yarn-dyed fabric packaging
GBn 287-88
2.1.1 The inner packaging of yarn-dyed fabrics is divided into three categories: flat folding, roll plate and roll. 2.1.2 The outer packaging of yarn-dyed fabrics is divided into five categories: cloth bag, cardboard box, corrugated box, nailed wooden box and plywood box. The inner packaging form, technical requirements and classification code of yarn-dyed fabrics are shown in Table 1. 2.2

Technical requirements
The folding width of each piece of cloth is 1m (or 1yd). When folding, the cloth surface must be flat, the cloth edges must be neat, and the two ends must be flat and wrinkle-free. The head wrapping style should be adopted, and the head wrapping length should not exceed 1m (or 1yd). The front side of the cloth faces inward, and the folding mouth is not wrapped to prevent contamination
According to the agreed length, the cloth shall be rolled on the coil core of the specified size. The coil shall be flat and stiff, the cloth edges must be neat and wrinkle-free, the front side of the cloth faces outward, and the inner end fold shall not exceed 15cm. For fabrics with waistbands, the waistbands on both sides should be symmetrical and not skewed, and the waistbands should be glued with transparent adhesive tape or glue
Wrap the fabric on the reel of specified size according to the agreed length, "flat and tight, the two sides of the round roll should be neat, the difference between the two sides should not exceed 2cm, no wrinkles, and the front of the fabric should face outwards. For fabrics with waistbands, the waistbands on both sides should be symmetrical and not skewed, and the waistbands should be glued with transparent adhesive tape or glue

2.4.1 The inner packaging of the cloth bag should be fabric of the same specifications. The pattern and color matching shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties or implemented according to the requirements of the order form. Cloth is packed in people's bags The inner package should be arranged neatly. Special requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the agreement. 2.4.2 The packed fabrics shall be packed under pressure. With the consent of the consignee, short-distance transportation can be packed without pressure. 2.4.3 The inner package of fabrics shall be covered with kraft paper (or wax paper) or plastic film. The specific method of adding corrugated paper outside the kraft paper or plastic film for the inner package of yarn-dyed fabrics shall be negotiated and decided by the supply and demand parties. When wrapping the fabric with wrapping cloth, the inner fabric shall not be exposed, and the overlap of the two sides of the wrapping cloth shall not be less than 10cm. The edge of the wrapping cloth is folded down into the sewing bag, and the sewing bag starts from the corner joint to the other end of the wrapping corner. When sewing the bag, the stitches cannot sew the inner fabric, and the stitching stitch length is 2.5~5cm. Products with special requirements for the stitching stitch length shall be implemented in accordance with the contract and relevant regulations.
2.4.4 Bundling of cloth bags
2.4.4.1 Use tying ropes to tie the cloth bags horizontally, and the number of rope tying is as follows: a. Width 100cm and below: double turn 4 lanes, b. Width over 100cm: double turn 5 lanes and above. 2.4.4.2 When tying with ropes, the ropes should be 15-20cm away from both ends of the cloth bag. When tying with metal straps, there should be padding between the metal straps and the cloth bag. The two ends of the plastic straps or metal straps should be connected with connecting pieces. There should be no protruding burrs. 2.4.4.3 The cloth bags that have been packed and tied with pressure should be square at all four corners and fall flat on the ground. 2.5 Carton or wooden box packaging
Fabrics that already have inner packaging can be packaged with cardboard boxes, corrugated boxes, nailed wooden boxes or plywood boxes. The specific form of outer packaging shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the contract or relevant agreement. Requirements for carton or wooden box packaging: 2.5.1 A layer of kraft paper, waxed paper or plastic film should be neatly placed around the box and on the top and bottom. 2.5.2 The cloth inside must be placed tightly in the box to prevent the cloth from moving during transportation. 2.5.3 Use plastic or metal strapping tape to tie up cartons, and use connecting pieces to connect the two ends of the plastic or metal strapping tape and tie it up tightly. It is difficult to insert fingers. The spacing of the strapping tape should be balanced and there should be no protruding burrs. 2.5.4 Use nails to nail the wooden box firmly. Do not nail the nails on the words on the logo and do not penetrate into the box to prevent damage to the cloth. 20
