3 Technical requirements

3.1 Explosion-proof low-energy-Y logging instrument (hereinafter referred to as logging instrument) shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
3.2 The logging instrument consists of two parts: the synchronous machine and the probe. 3.3 Environmental conditions for use:
Environmental temperature: 040℃
Relative humidity: ≤95%
Environmental air pressure: (80~110)kPa
Environmental gas: gas, etc. are allowed, but corrosive gas is not allowed3.4 Electrical performance:
3.4.1 Power supply.
Power supply: composed of rechargeable battery pack:
Working voltage: ±10V, +5V, +4.5V; Working current: +10V working current is not more than 120mA, -10V working current is not more than 60mA. +5V working current is not more than 50mA, +4.5V working current is not more than 50μA. Short circuit current: +10V output short circuit current is 420mA; -10V output short circuit current is 320mA;

3.4.2 Number of measurement channels: ≥2 channels.

3.4.6 Storage capacity: ≥128K.

3.4.9 Ground resistance measurement accuracy: ±5%. 3.4.10 Gamma measurement sensitivity: natural gamma sensitivity: ≥600CPS/kBq; low energy gamma sensitivity: ≥400CPS/kBq. 3.5 Explosion-proof requirements:
3.5.1 The synchronous machine of the logging instrument is of intrinsic safety type, and the probe is of intrinsic safety and explosion-proof type. 3.5.2 The maximum surface temperature of the components and wires of the intrinsically safe circuit and its associated circuits and equipment under normal operation and fault conditions shall not exceed +150℃.
3.5.3 The withstand voltage and insulation resistance between the synchronous machine and the probe casing and their respective circuits after the alternating damp heat test shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB2423.4.
3.5.4 Casing.
a. The probe casing and the flameproof casing are made of seamless steel pipes with a wall thickness greater than 3mm, and should be able to withstand at least 12MPa external pressure and 0.35MPa internal pressure.
b. The synchronous machine casing is made of ABS plastic, and its bending strength should be greater than 50MPa and its tensile strength should be greater than 30MPa. No cracks are allowed in the casing after the test. The casing must be anti-static treated first, and then sprayed with anti-static paint, and the surface insulation resistance should be no greater than 1×10°0.
The protection performance of the shell should comply with the relevant provisions of the national standard GB4942.2, and the shell protection level should be IP54. c.
d. The probe should be subjected to a water pressure test, and its withstand pressure should not be less than 5MPa. 3.5.5 The panel material of the synchronous machine is anti-static hard plastic, and the surface must be treated with anti-static treatment. It should have anti-static conductive grids, and the surface insulation resistance should not be greater than 1×10°0. The panel and the shell of the synchronous machine should be firmly glued together with epoxy resin glue. 3.5.6 Power supply protection:
Each output should be connected to a current limiting resistor, and the resistance value and power consumption should comply with the relevant provisions of GB3836.4. 2

3.5.7 After the power supply and circuit are debugged and qualified, including the current limiting resistor, they are all sealed with insulating materials. The glue sealing layer is required to be free of cracks and bubbles and have a certain thickness and strength.
3.5.8 Adhesives and sealant packings shall comply with the requirements of GB3836.1. 3.5.9 The withstand voltage of the isolation capacitor between the intrinsically safe and non-intrinsically safe circuits of the probe tube shall be greater than 3kV and doubled. 3.5.10 The primary and secondary of the coupling transformer that boosts the intrinsically safe power supply to 100V through the converter shall have a shielding layer and be connected to a common point. The withstand voltage between the primary and secondary and to the ground shall be greater than 1500V.
3.5.11 The cylindrical joint surface of the flameproof joint and the threaded flameproof structure shall comply with the provisions of GB3836.2. The flameproof joint and other non-flameproof joints shall have an interlocking device to ensure that they cannot be opened when powered on and cannot be powered on after opening. 3.5.12 The distance between the intrinsically safe circuit terminal and the non-intrinsically safe circuit terminal is greater than 50mm. 3.5.13 The distance between the intrinsically safe circuit and the grounding terminal is greater than 3mm. 3.5.14 The distance between the intrinsically safe circuit and the casing is greater than 3mm. 3.5.15 The insulation withstand voltage between the intrinsically safe circuit and the grounding part is greater than 500V. 3.5.16 The insulation withstand voltage between the intrinsically safe circuit and the non-intrinsically safe circuit is greater than 1500V. 3.5.17 The withstand voltage between the intrinsically safe circuit and the insulated wire used is greater than 500V. 3.6 Environmental adaptability requirements:
3.6.1 The instrument should be able to withstand the low temperature and high temperature tests under the conditions specified in Table 1, and should meet the requirements of 3.4 after the test is restored. Table 1

3.6.2 The instrument should be able to withstand the high temperature + 40℃, 6 cycles of alternating damp heat test, and after the test, use a 500V megohmmeter to check, the insulation resistance should be not less than 0.7Ma.
3.6.3 The synchronous machine shall be able to undergo a drop test in accordance with the provisions of GB3836.1, and shall meet the requirements of 3.4 after the test. 3.6.4 After packaging, the product shall be able to withstand a transportation test of 100 km at a speed of (20-40) km/h on a third-level highway. After the test, there shall be no obvious damage on the appearance, and the electrical performance shall meet the requirements of 3.4. 4 Test method
4.1 The test conditions shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6587.1. The frequency meter of the dead position is used for detection, and the ground resistance measurement is measured with a standard precision resistor. 4.2 Performance index test Gamma count rate measurement uses 3 yuan 4.31
Gamma measurement sensitivity is tested with two standard radioactive sources of activity close to the gamma detector. 4.4 Insulation resistance detection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1410. 4.5 Water pressure test The water pressure test of the probe tube is carried out by using a hydraulic press to pressurize 5MPa in the sealed tube and maintain it for 20 minutes. 4.6 The shell protection performance test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB4942.2. The sealing performance test and mechanical strength test of the introduction device shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3836.2. 4.7
The drop test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3836.1. 4.9 The working environment temperature test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6587.2. 4.10 The storage environment temperature test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6587.2. The transportation test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6587.6. 4.11

5 Inspection Rules
5.1 During the production and finalization process, the logging instrument must pass the inspection of this standard and obtain the explosion-proof certificate issued by the explosion-proof inspection agency designated by the Ministry of Coal Industry.
5.2 Factory Inspection:
5.2.1 Each logging instrument shall be inspected by the factory quality inspection department, and qualified products shall be issued a certificate. 5.2.2 Inspection items shall be carried out in accordance with the factory inspection requirements in Table 2. 5.2.3 All indicators of factory inspection shall meet the requirements of this standard, otherwise they will not be shipped. 5.3bzxz.net
Type test:
The logging instrument must be subjected to type test in the following cases (Table 2): When the logging instrument is finalized;
When the design, main components, materials, and processes are changed; When the explosion-proof certificate expires, it is necessary to apply to the original explosion-proof inspection agency for re-inspection; When production is resumed after one year of suspension;
Once every three years in mass production; When the quality of the logging instrument is unstable;
When the national inspection agency proposes a type test requirement. The type test should be conducted on a set of logging instruments that have passed the factory inspection. If one item except the outer shell fails in the type test, double the number of items should be drawn for re-inspection. If it still fails, the logging instrument is judged to be unqualified.

6 Product Marking, Packaging, Transportation and Storage

6.1 Each instrument shall be fixed with Ex mark, MA mark and product nameplate in a conspicuous position. The nameplate shall include the following contents: a.
