在酸性溶液中，二价铅与硫化氢反应生成难溶的硫化铅，用此进行目视比浊测定。4试剂
4.1氢氟酸：40%，
4.2盐酸：1:1。1:4g
4.3硫化氢饱和水溶液，
4.4铅标准溶液：0.005mgm1-l。称取金属针0.1g溶解于稀硝酸中并用水稀释至11的容量瓶中，即为含铅0.1mg·m1-1标准溶液，再将此溶液稀释至20倍为含铅0.005mg*m1-1的标准溶液。借此浊用。5分析步骤
准确称取经110℃烘于后的试样1g，置于高压地埚内衬中，以水润湿，加入氢氟酸6ml，1：1硝酸2ml，轻轻摇匀，并将内衬盖好，放人不锈钢套中，旋紧盖子，置于恒温干燥箱中于145℃恒温溶解2h，冷却至室温后打开盖子，轻轻顶出内衬，散口置于120℃电热板上蒸发至干，加1：1盐酸2ml，溶解残渣转移至带有25ml刻度的50ml比色管中，用1：1氢氧化铵中和至中性，加醋酸1ml，加水约10ml，加新配制的饱和硫化氢水溶液10ml，稀释至25ml，摇匀放置10min溶液呈暗色与标准比较。同时，以同样条件作试剂空白，并配制标准色阶与试样溶液进行比较。6计算
