This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of stainless steel kettles. 5 Technical requirements

5.1.1 After testing, there shall be no desoldering, desoldering marks or separation defects at welding, spot welding or riveting, and the beam and beam seat shall not be deformed or broken. 5.1.2 After testing, there shall be no water seepage.
5.1.3 After testing, there shall be no rust at the welding. 5.2 Hygiene requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB9684. 5.3 Material requirements
5.3.1 Stainless steel plates shall comply with the requirements of 1Cr18Ni9, 0Cr19Ni9 in GB/T3280, or other grades with performance not lower than the above requirements.
5.3.2 Bakelite accessories shall comply with the requirements of PF2A, PF2Az in the general (A) category in GB1404, or other materials with performance equivalent to the above requirements.
5.4 Product quality requirements

6.1 Specifications
6.1.1 The capacity is measured with a measuring cup or a measuring cylinder, and its value shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2. 6.1.2 The outer diameter is measured with a steel ruler or a vernier caliper, and its value shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2. 6.2 Performance in use
6.2.1 Place a weight three times the pure water capacity of the kettle in the kettle, lift it up by the beam or handle for not less than 0.8m, support it statically for 1min, then put it down, repeat 10 times, the result should meet the requirements of Article 5.1.1. 6.2.2 Leakage test
After sealing the kettle as a whole, inject air with a pressure greater than 60kPa, immerse the welding surface completely in water, and observe whether bubbles are generated. The result should meet the requirements of Article 5.1.2.
6.2.3 Corrosion resistance test

Inspect according to the requirements of GB5938, the spray cycle is 8h, the result should meet the requirements of Article 5.2.3. 6.3 Product quality requirements
6.3.1 The area of wrinkles, pits, cancers and vents shall be measured with a steel tape measure or a vernier caliper, and the values shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.2
Scratches shall be measured with a steel tape measure and a feeler gauge, and the values shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. Surface roughness shall be checked in accordance with GB/T6062 or GB/T6060.4, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.3
Edges shall be measured by visual inspection, manual touch and feeler gauge, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.4
Welds, spot welding, rivets and identification marks shall be measured by visual inspection and manual touch, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. Symmetry of the pot beam seat: Use a steel tape measure to measure the inner circumference of the pot body between the pot beam seats, and the half difference shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.6
The fit between the lid and the body, the rotation and opening and closing of the lid after closing it, and its requirements shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.8 The deviation of the center line of the spout and the pot beam seat is first measured by passing a steel ruler through the two center lines of the pot beam seat and placed on the plane of the pot mouth, and then a template with a given angle is used to observe the central angle between the two center lines of the spout and the pot beam seat. The result shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 6.3.9 The coaxiality of the lid and the pot knob is measured with a vernier caliper, and its calculated value shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. The formula for calculating the coaxiality of the lid and the pot knob is:

6.3.10 Bakelite accessories shall be inspected by visual inspection, hand touch and boiling in water for 30 minutes, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1. 7 Inspection rules
