Qualified products: no more than one B-type and two C-type unqualified items or four C-type unqualified items. 6 Test method 6.1 The composite layer shall not crack by visual inspection, and the result shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1.3. 6.2 Composite layer stability test The empty pot is heated to (200±5)°C in an oven, and immediately placed in 50°C water at (15±5)°C for 50 times. After the test, it should meet the requirements of Article 5.1.4. 6.3 The bottom hole, pinhole and diameter of the composite layer are measured with a vernier caliper and a steel ruler. The values should meet the requirements of Article 5.4.1. 6.4 The bottom plane of the composite layer is processed by visual inspection and hand touch. The results should meet the requirements of Article 5.4.1. 6.5 The inner convex value of the composite layer is measured with a micrometer at the maximum circumference of the bottom of the pot on the same flat plate and a point within a diameter of 10mm around the center of the bottom. The difference should meet the requirements of Article 5.4.1. 6.6 The rest should meet the requirements of Chapter 6 of QB/T1622.5. 7 Inspection rules It should meet the requirements of QB/T1622.3. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage Should comply with the provisions of QB/T1622.4.
