4 Product classification
4.1 Product varieties
According to the surface material
Fiber fabrics (various cotton, linen, chemical fiber and other fabrics); artificial leather (recycled leather, synthetic leather, PVC, PU and other artificial leather); natural leather (various natural leather).

Yellow cardboard (straw cardboard, straw cardboard, etc.); box cardboard;

5.2.1 Box body: Full and well-proportioned, with clear outlines, symmetrical corners, rounded corners, square corners, and stable grounding. 5.2.2

Stitches are arranged evenly, stitches are straight, and there is no skipped stitches, loose threads, or turned threads. The stitch length on the box surface is (18 ± 2) stitches/100mm; the stitch length inside the box is (25 ± 2) stitches/100mm.
5.7 The inside of the box
is neat and tidy, with basically uniform color, firmly pasted, and no serious printing. 5.8 Requirements for hardware accessories assembly
5.8.1 The assembly is symmetrical, reasonable, firm, and flexible to open. 5.8.2 The surface is not damaged or peeled, not skewed or bent, and the rivets are flat. 5.9 Physical and mechanical properties
5.9.1 The weight of the suitcase
According to the range specified in Table 2, the handle of the suitcase will not loosen, break, or fall off under normal use, the box body will not be obviously deformed, and the lock of the suitcase will not fail. 5.9.2 Static pressure resistance
Under stable static state, the box surface is evenly loaded with 30kg (460.~~610mm) and 40kg (635~915mm). After 4 hours of pressure, the box does not collapse, deform, crack, or derail.
5.9.3 Impact resistance
The box falls freely under the specified load. After the impact, the box body does not deform, collapse, lose nails, derail, or crack. 5.10 Hardware accessories quality requirements
5.10.1 Surface quality
The surface is bright, and no burning, pinholes, blistering, peeling, missing plating, or obvious scratches are allowed. 5.10.2 Plating bonding strength
The plating shall not be lifted or fallen off.
5.10.3 Corrosion resistance
Test according to GB/T5938. Chrome plating test for 24 hours, nickel plating and zinc plating for 6 hours, the corrosion area of ​​the plating layer shall not exceed 4%. 5.11 Performance of box locks
5.11.1 Flexibility: The key can be inserted and removed smoothly, the lock core can rotate flexibly, and the lock head can bounce neatly. 5.11.2 Durability: The die-cast lock can be opened and closed continuously for 5000 times, and the stamped lock can be opened and closed continuously for 3000 times. 5.12 Dryness

6 Test method
6.1 Specifications and dimensions
Measure the longest point of the outer contour with a ruler and check 4.2. 6.2 Box weight

6.3 Appearance

6.5 Stitch length of sewing thread
Measure with a straight ruler, check 5.6.
6.6 Physical and mechanical properties
6.6.1 The suitcase is loaded according to the specified weight, carried by hand and swung 60° arbitrarily 5 times. Visual inspection, check 5.9.1. 6.6.2 The suitcase surface is evenly loaded with 30kg (460~610mm) and 40kg (635~915mm), and the pressure is 4h. After the load is removed, visual inspection, check 5.9.2.

7.1 Delivery inspection
Each batch of products shall be subject to delivery inspection, and the inspection items are 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8, 5.10.1, all of which shall be inspected. 7.2 Type inspectionbzxZ.net
Type inspection shall include all technical requirements specified in this standard. Type inspection shall be carried out when the product meets any of the following conditions. a.
Trial production and identification of new products,
Major changes in product structure, process or materials used; once every six months for continuously produced products, and products are produced again after an interval of more than six months;
The inspection results of both parties are significantly different from the last type inspection; the national quality supervision agency has put forward the requirement for type inspection. 7.3 Sampling rules
Every batch of 1000 (or less than 1000) products, 3 are randomly selected, and 1 is selected each time for physical and mechanical properties. 7.4 Formulating rules
Articles 5.8.1, 5.95.11, and 5.12 of the technical requirements of this standard are major items, and the others are minor items. If a product has one major item, and more than five minor items of a single product or more than ten minor items of a cumulative batch are unqualified, it is allowed to double re-test the unqualified items, and the re-test is qualified.
8. Labeling, packaging, transportation, storage
8.1 Marking
8.1.1 Product marking: The product should have a trademark and a certificate of conformity. 8.1.2 Outer packaging marking: The outer packaging box should have the factory name, product name, specification, quantity, item number, weight, volume, packing date, and should also have markings such as "handle with care", "pay attention to upward", and "moisture-proof". 8.2 Packaging
The products shall be packed in cartons or other materials, and the inner wall shall be covered with moisture-proof materials. 8.3 Transportation
Handle with care during transportation, and do not stack too high to avoid crushing. Protect from sun and rain. 8.4 Storage
Store in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse. The products shall be at least 300mm above the ground and the wall, and shall not coexist with oil, acid, alkali and chemical corrosive products. The products in stock shall be checked regularly to prevent deformation, discoloration, mildew and insect damage. 342
