QB/T2412-1998 According to the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China, this standard is formulated to regulate the sampling, testing technology and product marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the leather chemical industry. Relevant units should follow the relevant provisions of this standard when formulating corresponding product standards for product inspection. This standard is proposed by the Industry Management Department of the State Bureau of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Fur Leather Standardization Center. The drafting units of this standard are: China Leather Industry Research Institute, Leather Chemical Committee of China Leather Industry Association. The main drafters of this standard are: Zhao Liguo and Zhao Chunyi. 185 1 Scope Light Industry Industry Standards of the People's Republic of China General Technical Rules for Leather Chemicals This standard specifies the sampling, testing general rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of leather chemicals. If it exceeds the allowable range, another sample shall be taken for retesting. QB/T 2412 4.4 When reporting the test results, the measured values and reported values of each test item shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Total solids Unit of measurement Measured value Two decimal places Two decimal places Two decimal places One decimal place Three decimal places The rounding rules for test result data shall comply with the provisions of GB/T8170. 4.5 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 5.1 Marking Reported value One decimal place One decimal place One decimal place One decimal place Two decimal places Each package should be painted or affixed with a firm mark, which includes: product name, model, batch number, production date, shelf life, factory name, factory address, trademark, net weight, standard number, and stamped with the manufacturer's inspection certificate or attached with a certificate. The product should be accompanied by necessary product instructions when leaving the factory. 5.2 Packaging The products are packed in clean, pollution-free, well-sealed and easy-to-transport packaging. 5.3 Transportation When transporting, the product should be loaded and unloaded with care, avoid severe impact, prevent the packaging from being damaged and causing leakage, and prevent exposure to sunlight, freezing, moisture, and fire. 5.4 Storage The product should be stored in a ventilated and cool warehouse at a storage temperature of 5℃~35℃, and should be protected from sunlight, freezing, moisture, and fire. 5.5 For products in the original packaging (original, sealed, and original labels intact without abnormalities), they should be stored and transported according to the specified conditions, and the shelf life shall be calculated from the date of production. 187 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
