Light Industry Industry Standards of the People's Republic of China
General Technical Rules for Leather Chemicals
This standard specifies the sampling, testing general rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of leather chemicals. This standard applies to all leather chemicals. 2 Referenced standards
QB/T2412—1998
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T601—1988 Preparation of standard solutions for titration analysis (volume analysis) of chemical reagents GB/T603—1988 Preparation of preparations and products used in test methods of chemical reagents GB/T6682--1992 Specifications and test methods for water in analytical laboratories GB/T8170-1987 Rules for rounding off values
3 Sampling
3.1 Batch
Products produced with the same raw materials, the same process, and one-time production are considered batches, and samples are taken for inspection according to the production batches. 3.2 Sampling quantity
Three 5-packaging units are randomly selected from each batch of products (if there are less than 3 packaging units, all samples are taken). a) Solid powder and granular products: Take 50g~100g from each package to make a mixed sample, and the total sampling volume shall not be less than 100g; b) Liquid and paste products: Take 150g~200g from each package to make a mixed sample, and the total sampling volume shall not be less than 500g. 3.3 Sampling methodwww.bzxz.net
Sampling at room temperature:
a) Solid powder and granular products: Take samples from the top, middle and bottom of each package respectively, and mix them evenly; b) Liquid and paste products: Take samples evenly from each package and mix them thoroughly. 3.4 Sampling precautions
3.4.1 Wash and dry the sampler and sample bottle (the material shall not contaminate the sample) and keep them clean. 3.4.2 After sampling, seal the mouth of the sample bottle and affix a label, indicating the name of the production unit, sample name, model, production batch number, sampling date and sampler.
4 General test rules
4.1 Test materials
a) Standard solutions and indicators required for testing, unless otherwise specified, shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of GB/T601 and GB/T603. b) Reagents and water used for testing, unless otherwise specified, shall refer to analytically pure reagents and grade 3 water specified in GB/T6682. 4.2 Two samples shall be taken for each test item at the same time for testing (except for special provisions). 4.3 The difference between the results of parallel tests, within the allowable range, shall be taken as the arithmetic mean as the test result (except for special provisions). If it exceeds the allowable range, another sample shall be taken for retesting.

Each package should be painted or affixed with a firm mark, which includes: product name, model, batch number, production date, shelf life, factory name, factory address, trademark, net weight, standard number, and stamped with the manufacturer's inspection certificate or attached with a certificate. The product should be accompanied by necessary product instructions when leaving the factory. 5.2 Packaging
The products are packed in clean, pollution-free, well-sealed and easy-to-transport packaging. 5.3 Transportation
When transporting, the product should be loaded and unloaded with care, avoid severe impact, prevent the packaging from being damaged and causing leakage, and prevent exposure to sunlight, freezing, moisture, and fire.
5.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a ventilated and cool warehouse at a storage temperature of 5℃~35℃, and should be protected from sunlight, freezing, moisture, and fire. 5.5 For products in the original packaging (original, sealed, and original labels intact without abnormalities), they should be stored and transported according to the specified conditions, and the shelf life shall be calculated from the date of production. 187
