Uniqueness
When different classification methods are used for classification, the category settings of different classification methods should not be repeated. Each type of public credit information code corresponds to only one code, and one code only uniquely identifies one type of public credit information. 4.3
Practicality
Based on application needs, ensure the practicality and operability of public credit information classification, with the goal of realizing the collection, management, service and sharing of public credit information, and realize the orderly management and development and utilization of public credit information. Openness
Maintain the relative stability of the code system as much as possible. Taking into account the development of things, appropriate spaces should be reserved when coding as needed. If necessary, a containment item, "others", should be set up to adapt to the needs of continuous expansion. 5 Classification system architecture
On the basis of the two basic facets of subject facet and category facet, the classification of public credit information can also be expanded according to the two (additional) facets of attribute and application. Among them, the attribute facet includes: nature, source, region, industry, timeliness and form, etc., and the application facet includes: product and cost, etc. The attribute and application facets are additional facets and are used as reference according to actual work needs. The subject facet and category facet are shown in GB/T37914. The architecture of the public credit information classification system is shown in Figure 1. Subject

The public credit information coding consists of basic coding and additional coding. 6.2 Basic coding
The basic coding of public credit information is compiled according to the rules of GB/T37914, and the coding structure is shown in Figure 2. The basic code consists of three codes (a total of 6 digits or letters):
The first code (2 digits or letters) indicates the identification code of the subject to which the credit information data item belongs (subject classification code);2
The second code (2 digits) indicates the credit information category to which the data item belongs (first-level classification code);GB/T39441—2020
The third code (2 digits) indicates the subcategory of the credit information category to which the data item belongs (second-level classification code). The coding rules for each code are shown in GB/T37914. XX

The additional coding of public credit information consists of three sections of codes (a total of 5 digits or letters): the first section of the code (1 letter) indicates the identification code of the attribute or application of the credit information data item (facet identification code); the second section of the code (2 digits) indicates the category of the attribute or application of the data item (first-level category code); the third section of the code (2 digits) indicates the subcategory of the attribute or application category of the data item (second-level category code). Among them, the first section of the code is composed of uppercase English letters (A~Z,I, O, Z, S, V) should not be used to encode in sequence to indicate the facet identification code. The facet identification code, description and requirements are shown in Table 1; the second segment of the code is coded in sequence by Arabic numerals (01-99) to indicate the first-level category code; the third segment of the code is coded in sequence by Arabic numerals (0099) to indicate the second-level category code. The second segment of the facet code without a second-level category is coded "00". The coding structure is shown in Figure 3. X
