4.4 The appearance quality of the hose shall comply with the provisions of HG2185. 5 Test method
5.1 The tensile strength, elongation at break of the inner and outer rubber layers of the hose and the adhesion strength between the layers shall be determined in accordance with GB528 and GB5562HG 2183 -- 91
5.2 The change rate of tensile strength and elongation at break of the inner and outer rubber layers of the hose after acid and alkali resistance shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB528, GB1690 and GB5562.
5.3 The hot air aging test of the inner and outer rubber layers of the hose shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3512, GB528, and GB5562. 5.4 The hydraulic test of the hose shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5563. 5.5 The vacuum resistance test of the hose shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5567. 6 Inspection rules
61 The hose shall be inspected in batches by the inspection department of the manufacturer. The quantity of each batch shall not exceed 1,000 pieces. Each batch of products must be accompanied by a certificate of conformity before leaving the factory.
6.2 Each batch of hoses shall be inspected for specifications, dimensions, and appearance quality one by one. 6.3 For each batch of hoses, any one specification shall be selected as a representative, and any one shall be inspected for various physical and mechanical properties, vacuum resistance test, and kitchen pressure test. This shall not be less than once a month.
64 If one of the indicators in the physical and mechanical properties test or the air resistance test or pressure resistance test fails, double samples should be taken from the batch of products and the unqualified items should be retested. If one of the samples still fails to meet one indicator after the retest, the batch of products is unqualified.
7 Marking. Packaging, storage and use
7.1 The marking, packaging and transportation of hoses shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB9577.7.2 The selection, storage, use and maintenance of hoses shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB9576. Additional notes:
