This standard applies to the steering knuckles of the guide wheels of wheel tractors, and can also be used as a reference for the steering knuckles of agricultural transport vehicles. Reference standards GB1184 ZBJ36009 GB2828 3 Terms Form and position tolerances Provisions for tolerances not specified Metallographic inspection of induction quenching of steel parts Technical conditions for painting tractors Batch inspection Count sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to inspection of continuous batches) Steering knuckle, tractor guide wheel shaft, consists of the front wheel shaft and the steering knuckle vertical shaft (hereinafter referred to as the two shafts), see the figure below. Fist 1 Front wheel shaft; 4 Technical requirements 2 A steering knuckle vertical shaft 4.1 The steering knuckle shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The two shafts are recommended to be made of 40Cr, 40MnB, 35CrMo and 45 steel. The Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry approved it on May 18, 1991 and implemented it on January 1, 1992. JB/T5182-91 4.3 The tempering hardness of the two shafts can be selected in the range of 241331HB according to the strength requirements. The range should not be greater than 50 units of HB value, and the HB value of the hardness difference within a single piece should not be greater than 25 units. 4.4 The inner bearing journal and connecting arc, oil seal journal and steering knuckle vertical shaft of the front wheel axle should generally be induction hardened. The induction hardening hardness should be no less than 50HRC, and the HRC value of the hardness difference within a single piece should not be greater than 4 units; the depth of the rate hard layer can be selected in the range of (4%~14%)D according to the wear resistance or strength requirements (D is the outer diameter of the journal). 4.5 The metallographic structure of the two shafts after quenching and tempering treatment should be troostite; metallographic inspection is carried out on the circumference of three-quarters of the radius from the center, and the ferrite area should not exceed 25%. The metallographic structure after induction quenching treatment should comply with the provisions of ZBJ36009. 4.6 Surface roughness requirements The maximum allowable value of R of the inner and outer bearing journal surfaces of the front wheel shaft, the connecting arc surface of the inner bearing journal, the journal surface at the oil seal and the journal surface of the steering knuckle vertical shaft is 0.8um or 1.6um. 4.7 Requirements for shape, position and angle tolerances a. same), the coaxiality tolerance of the axis of the outer bearing journal of the front wheel axle to the axis of the inner bearing journal shall not be less than Grade 8 (according to the provisions of the appendix to GB1184, the coaxiality tolerance of the axis of the journal at the oil seal of the lower front wheel axle to the axis of the inner bearing journal shall not be less than Grade 9. The verticality tolerance of the mounting plane of the thrust bearing of the steering knuckle vertical shaft to the axis of the vertical shaft shall not be less than Grade 9; the axes of the two shaft bearing journals are in the same plane, and the position tolerance is 0.5mm; the limit deviation of the angle between the two shaft axes is ±2; e. f. The limit deviation of the angle between the center plane of the keyway of the steering knuckle vertical shaft and the axis of the front wheel axle is ±30°. 4.8 The thread accuracy of the front wheel axle end is Grade 6g. The thread shall not have missing teeth, random buckles and bumps. 4.9 Steering The low-magnification structure of the knuckle forging should be a continuous streamline at the connection between the fist and the shaft. 4.10 The knuckle should be pressed and welded according to the drawing requirements. The processed surface should be protected during welding and should not be damaged in any way; the welding should be firm and reliable, and should not have defects such as cracks and incomplete penetration. Welding slag should be removed after welding. 4.11 All parts of the knuckle should be free of cracks, burrs, sharp edges and salt slag after heat treatment; the processed parts should not have defects such as dents, notches, bumps, etc.; the forging surface should be free of folds and floating oxide scales. 4.12 The non-processed surface of the knuckle should be painted; the painting should comply with the provisions of NJ226. 4.13 The failure rate (failure rate) of the knuckle at 1500n should not be higher than 0.5%. 4.14 If the user uses and maintains according to the instructions for use of the host machine, within 12 months from the date of delivery (but not More than 1500h), when the steering knuckle cannot be used normally due to the manufacturer's fault, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repair, replacement and refund. 5 Inspection methods and acceptance rules 5.1 Each product must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer before it can leave the factory. 5.2 The inspection methods for the chemical composition, mechanical properties, hardness and depth of the quenching hardened layer of the two shaft materials shall comply with the relevant standards. 5.3 The bearing installation position of the front wheel axle and the vertical shaft of the steering knuckle shall be subjected to non-destructive testing. 5.4 The main dimensional tolerances, form and position tolerances, surface roughness, etc. of the steering knuckle can be inspected by general or special measuring instruments. 5.5 The user shall conduct random inspections on the delivered products in accordance with the provisions of GB2828, and the batch and sampling plan shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5.6 When the user has special requirements for the product, it should be stated in the order agreement. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 6.1 Each product should be stamped with the manufacturer's mark on the flat surface of the upper part. 6.2 Before the product is packaged individually, it must be cleaned and rust-proofed, and then attached with a product certificate signed by the inspection department. The certificate should indicate: manufacturer name and trademark; b. product name, model, specification and part number, c. inspection date. JB/T518291 6.3 After the product is packaged individually, it must be packaged externally. The packing box should be attached with a packing list and product manual. The packing box should be dry and strong. When packing the product, protective materials should be placed to prevent the products from colliding with each other and ensure that they are not damaged under normal transportation conditions. The total weight of each box: wooden boxes shall not exceed 50kg, and cartons shall not exceed 25kg. Only products of the same model and specification are allowed to be loaded into the same box. 6.4 The packaging box should be marked with: Manufacturer name and address; Product name, model and part number; Package quantity: Total weight, kg; Package box dimensions 1x×, m; Factory date; “Handle with care”, “Keep away from moisture” and other indications. The warehouse where the product is stored should be kept dry. Under normal storage conditions, the manufacturer should ensure that the product will not rust within one year from the date of leaving the factory. 6.6 Additional instructions: This standard was proposed and managed by the Luoyang Tractor Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry.
