Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China HG /T 2066-91 Technical Conditions for Rotating Roller Abrader Published on July 6, 1991 Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China Implementation on January 1, 1992 Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Technical Conditions for Rotating Roller Abrader 1 Subject Content and Scope of Application This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, etc. for rotating roller abraders. This standard applies to rotating roller abraders. 2 Reference standards GB9867 Determination of wear resistance of vulcanized rubber GB2611 General technical requirements for testing machines 3 Structural dimensions H/T2066-91 3.1 The rotary roller wear machine consists of a transmission roller, a sample holder, a transmission system (lateral movement device, automatic stop system and holder transmission device) (see Figure 1), a machine base and a dust collector Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 6, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992 HG/T2066-91 Figure 1 Schematic diagram of the testing machine 1 Slide; 2-slide back; 3-sample holder; 4-sample: 5-gap (<2); 6-roller; 7-emery cloth; 8-double 3.2 Main dimensions of surface tape: Roller diameter 150±0.2mm; Roller length 500mm; HG/T2066-91 c. Inner diameter of sample holder @16.2to.10mm.3.3 The performance of emery cloth shall comply with the provisions of GB9867. 4 Technical requirements Normal working conditions of testing machine: No thunder and no corrosive medium in the surrounding environment; Ambient temperature is 10~35; Relative humidity is 30%~85%; The error of power supply voltage is ±10% of the rated voltage. d. 4.2 The rotation speed of the roller is 40±1r/min, and it rotates in the direction shown in the figure. 4.3 For every rotation of the roller, the holder should move horizontally by 4.20±0.04mm. 4.4 The clamp rotates 1 circle when the roller rotates 50 circles, and the error should not exceed ±12%. 4.5 When the wear stroke of the clamp and the roller is 40m or 20m (equivalent to 84 or 42 revolutions of the roller), it should be able to stop automatically. 4.6 When the wear test is carried out, the vertical force acting on the sample is 10±0.2N, and 5±0.1N can also be used. 4.7 The central axis of the clamp should have a 3° inclination with the vertical line of the roller rotation direction (see Figure 1), and the central axis of the clamp should be located directly above the horizontal axis of the roller, and its deviation should not exceed ±1mm. 4.8 The safety device should be sensitive and reliable. When the wear reaches the effective stroke, it should be automatically lifted and stopped. Appearance and electrical performance requirements: Appearance and electrical performance requirements should meet the requirements of GB2611. 4.10 Transport bump resistance test: The rotating roller wear machine should be able to withstand the transport bump test without damage under packaging conditions. The testing machine after the bumping shall still meet the requirements of this standard without adjustment. 5 Test method Test tools, measuring tools and instruments Stopwatch (division value 0.01s); Steel ruler (division value 1mm); Test balance or corresponding weighing instrument (sensitivity 0.5g); 200mm vernier caliper (division value 0.02mm); related test specimens and general tools and measuring tools. 5.2 Roller rotation speed test Use a stopwatch to record the time of 40r, do it three times, and take the arithmetic mean value to meet the requirements of Article 4.2. 5.3 Test of horizontal movement distance of the clamp for each rotation of the roller: Mark the starting position of the roller and the clamp, visually observe and count. When the roller rotates 20 times, use a vernier caliper to directly measure the horizontal movement distance of the clamp. And calculate according to formula (1): S Where: S--the horizontal movement distance of the clamp when the roller rotates one circle, mm; the horizontal movement distance of the clamp when the roller rotates 20 circles, mm(1) HG/T2066-91 The above test is measured three times and calculated three times. The arithmetic mean value should comply with Article 4.3. 5.4 Clamp rotation speed test Use a stopwatch to measure the time for the clamp to rotate one circle 1. The speed error is calculated according to formula (2): -50 t2 Where:-speed error; t--the time for the roller to rotate one circle, s; --the time for the clamp to rotate one circle, S. ×100% The above test is measured three times and calculated three times. The arithmetic mean value should comply with Article 4.4. (2) 5.5 Wear stroke test Use the sample gauge to install the sample so that its extended length is within the range of 2.0±0.2mm. Use a stopwatch to measure the actual contact time between the sample and the tape recorder. Multiply it by the data measured in Article 5.2 to get the number of rotations of the tape recorder. The above test is measured three times and calculated three times. The arithmetic mean value shall comply with Article 4.5. 5.6 The vertical force test on the sample during the wear test is to use a balance to measure the weight of the two base weights pressed on the clamp (5-N, 2.5N), and then use the corresponding scale to measure the weight of the clamp itself. The sum of the three weights shall comply with Article 4.6. 5.7. The center axis and inclination position of the clamp are tested by using a height gauge, vernier caliper and universal angle gauge. The data shall comply with Article 4.7. 5.8 Safety device test When the sample reaches the predetermined wear stroke, if the electrical system fails, the mechanical system shall be able to play a safety role. 5.9 Appearance and electrical performance Perform according to the requirements of GB2611. 5.10 Chain-bumping resistance test After the test machine is packaged, it is driven on a Class III highway by a truck at a speed of 30~40km/h for 200km and then fully inspected according to the requirements of this standard. 6 Inspection regulations 6.1 Each test machine can only be shipped after being inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department and accompanied by quality certification documents. 6.2 Test items 6.2.1 The test machine is divided into two categories: factory test and type test. Factory test shall be conducted one by one according to 4.2~4.9; b. Type test shall be conducted in accordance with 4.2~4.10, and type test shall be conducted in the following cases: New products (including old products converted into new products); major changes in product design, process or materials and supporting components; b. Products produced in batches shall be inspected regularly; quality evaluation of similar products. 6.2.3 Sampling Type test shall be conducted by regular inspection, generally once a year; no less than 2 units shall be inspected each time. 6.2.4 Judgment rules If there are unqualified items in the test machine for factory test, it can be repaired and re-inspected. If there are still unqualified items, the product is judged as unqualified. HG/T2066-91 b Type test is carried out on products that have passed the factory test. If one unit fails in the random inspection, it can be repaired once. If two units fail in the same item, the batch of products is judged as unqualified. 7 Marking and packaging Each test machine should have a nameplate, including: product name, model, factory date, factory number, manufacturer name 7.1 7.2 The test machine should be firmly fixed in the packaging box to ensure that it does not move in any direction during transportation. 7.3 Markings on the outside of the packaging box: Manufacturer name, product name, model and factory number; collection unit and address; Box size, gross weight and upward *: "Handle with care" and other words.7.4. Random documents: Packing list; Instructions for use: Product certificate.
