All spring-returned operating handles should automatically return to their original positions after the operating force is removed.
The regulator operating mechanism should ensure that the engine can operate stably within the full speed range and can stop the engine. 4.12 On the test track, the tractor traction specific fuel consumption under the maximum traction power condition of the main tillage gear should not exceed 485g/kWh. 4.13 After the tractor is run-in as required, the rated power, fuel consumption rate and torque characteristics of the matching engine should comply with the provisions of the relevant diesel engine standards.
4.14 The tractor should be able to start smoothly when the minimum ambient temperature is less than or equal to 5℃. 4.15 The exhaust smoke density of the TY41 engine under the rated working condition should not exceed 4.0 Bo Xu units. For TY51 and TY61 models, the exhaust smoke density from the rated speed to the maximum torque speed should not exceed 4.5 Bo Xu units at full load speed characteristics. The engine speed shall not have obvious high and low phenomena; there shall be no abnormal noise; and the phenomenon of oil inspection is not allowed. 4.16
4.17 The transmission box of the tractor shall be clean, and the factory cleanliness limit is that the impurity content of each unit shall not exceed 162mg. 4.18 The V-belt groove of the engine pulley and the V-belt groove of the clutch pulley shall be aligned, and the tension adjustment shall comply with the provisions of the tractor instruction manual, and the engine's full torque can be transmitted. ) The clutch shall be able to separate completely, engage smoothly, and be able to transmit all torque when engaged. 4.19
When the tractor is working in various gears, the gearbox shall not have the phenomenon of disordered gears and gear disengagement, and the transmission system shall not have abnormal noise. 4.21
1 The steering mechanism and operating mechanism on the left and right sides shall be adjusted in unison. When the steering mechanism on one side is separated, the tractor shall be able to steer flexibly and reliably.
4.22 When the ambient temperature is not lower than 35℃ and the tractor is working continuously for 4 hours at close to full load, the oil temperature of the transmission system shall not be higher than 80℃. 4.23
3 On a dry and hard slope at 20℃, the tractor brakes should ensure that the single machine can stop reliably in the uphill direction. 2
JB/T5180-1991
4.24 The dynamic environmental noise of the tractor should not be greater than 84dB (A), and the noise near the driver's ear should not be greater than 91dB (A). 4.25
The mean time between failures (MTBF value) of the tractor should not be less than 250h. 4.26 The exposed rotating parts such as the pulley and power output shaft of the tractor should be equipped with protective covers. 4.27 Necessary safety warning signs should be set up in conspicuous parts of the tractor. The markings and symbols should be accurate and eye-catching. 4.28 If the user unit uses and maintains the tractor in accordance with the instruction manual provided by the manufacturer, within 12 months from the date of delivery, but not more than 1500 working hours, if the tractor is damaged or cannot be used normally due to the manufacturer's responsibility, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repairing or replacing the damaged parts free of charge.
5 Test methods
5.1 The engine bench test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1105.2. 5.2 The whole machine parameter measurement, operation test, ramp parking brake test, noise measurement, traction test, hand crank start test and long-term use test of the tractor shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6229. 5.3 The cleanliness measurement of the tractor shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6231. 5.4 The reliability use test, reliability assessment method and reliability fault judgment rule of the tractor shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 For each assembled tractor, the engine must be started for factory inspection to check the manufacturing and assembly quality of the tractor, adjust the various working mechanisms, and preliminarily run-in the moving parts.
