Other electrical measuring equipment of the same grade accuracy:
d. Standard tape, second-class standard water-induced thermometer: pure pin wire: diameter 0.5mm, resistance ratio R/R21.3521l, or pure copper wire after pure platinum wire replacement, its diameter is e.
1.The thermoelectric properties of the platinum wire when sawn with a 0mm ball shall comply with the requirements of Table 11. Table 1 6.2 Diameter measurement Standard technique 100℃ The diameter of the alloy wire shall be measured at three different locations of the whole roll (reel) in two mutually perpendicular directions on the same surface. 6.3 The surface of the alloy wire in the whole roll (reel) can be observed by force. 6.4 Thermoelectric properties test 6.4.1 Test method
Measure by comparison method
6.4.2 Sample requirements
Wipe the gold wire gauge with alcohol or acetone to disinfect it, then put it in a clean insulating tube, porcelain insulating beads and plastic book, and weld the sample measuring wire with pure platinum wire or pure copper wire that has been calibrated into a shape. Its surface is smooth and has no scratches. The diameter is about 2-3 times the wire diameter. 6.4.3 Procedure
Put the sample into a low-temperature or constant-temperature oil well with a depth of not less than 20Cmm. When the reference temperature is 0C, measure the temperature as specified in Table 12. When reading, the humidity is controlled within the test temperature + 1Y. The leakage filter shall not be greater than 0.05%. The above-mentioned thermoelectric electromotive force value of the single-pole pair and the thermoelectric electromotive force value of the single-pole pair are equally valid. When the two results are different, the thermoelectric electromotive force of the single-pole pair shall prevail.

7.1 Inspection classification
CB/T 4990—1995
Production inspection company is for export, quality inspection and type inspection. 7.1.1 Factory Inspection Alloy wires shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer and the products with the qualified certificate can be shipped out of the factory. The following items are prohibited: Alloy diameter: Surface quality: Thermal electromotive force and tolerance. 7.1-2 Type Inspection All tests specified in the acceptance standard shall be carried out. Special inspection shall be avoided in any of the following circumstances: Trial and type identification of new products and old products for transfer to factory production: When there are major changes in the previous production, such as structure, type, and process! During normal production, it shall be inspected at least once a year; After the product has been discontinued for a long time, when it resumes production: When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection: When the quality inspection agency proposes the requirement for type inspection. 7.2. Dynamic sampling regulations
7.2. The T-shaped factory loose test should take samples about 1.2m from both ends of the Zainuo (Guangdong) Min cattle. 7.2.2 The type inspection shall be carried out from the finished product warehouse of the manufacturer. Each batch of the type of alloy wire shall be not less than 3 coils of negative and positive electrodes. The head and the head shall be 3 meters. 7.3 Determination of types. 3.1 If there is only one unqualified item during the factory inspection, the product of the type (coil) shall be designated as the customer product. 7.3.2 During the type inspection, if only one item fails to meet the requirements, the product shall be fully inspected. If there are still unqualified items, the product shall be judged as unqualified.
8 Supply method. Packaging and marking
8.1 Supply method
The alloy wire warehouse rolls (points) are composed of wires of the same size, and the net weight is not less than that specified in Table 12. The minimum weight is not less than that specified in Table 12. The low-end is shipped from the factory, and the size or more is equivalent.
