JB/T 7876.1-1999 This standard is a revision of JB/T 7876.1-95 "Types and basic parameters of manual pumps". This standard is part of the JB/T 7876 "Manual pump" series of standards. This series of standards includes the following three parts: JB/T 7876.1-1999 Types and basic parameters of manual pumps JB/T 7876.2-1999 Technical conditions for manual pumps JB/T 7876.3-1999 Test methods for manual pumps This standard specifies the definition, type, model and basic parameters of manual pumps. This standard is applicable to piston pumps, diaphragm pumps and screw pumps driven by human power for pumping clean water at normal temperature. Other types of manual pumps can also be implemented as a reference. This standard was first issued in 1987 as GB 8092.1-87 and was adjusted to JB/T 7876.1-95 on April 14, 1996. JB/T 7876.11999 Replaces JB/T7876.1-95 This standard is applicable to piston pumps, diaphragm pumps and screw pumps (collectively referred to as hand pumps, hereinafter referred to as pumps) driven by human power for pumping clean water at normal temperature. Other types of human power pumps can also be implemented as a reference. 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. JB/T7876.2—1999 Technical conditions for manual pumps 3 Definitions This standard adopts the following definitions. 3.1 Piston pump A pump that pumps liquids by reciprocating motion of the piston. 3.2 Diaphragm pump A pump that pumps liquids by reciprocating motion of the diaphragm. 3.3 Screw pump A pump that pumps liquids by rotating the screw rotor in the spiral stator. 3.4 Single-acting pump A pump that has only one suction process and one discharge process in one reciprocating motion. 3.5 Double-acting pump A pump that has two suction processes and two discharge processes in one reciprocating motion. 3.6 Shallow well pump A pump that works by suction stroke with the working part (piston or diaphragm) above the ground. 3.7 Deep well pump A pump that works by lift with the working part (piston or screw) generally below the dynamic water level. 3.8 Piston (diaphragm or screw) diameter The maximum diameter of the part of the piston (diaphragm or screw) that contacts the liquid when it moves. 3.9 Displacement The volume (or mass) of liquid discharged when the piston (diaphragm) reciprocates once or the screw rotates one circleApproved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on August 6, 1999, and implemented on January 1, 2000 3.10 Reciprocating times (or revolutions) JB/T7876.1-1999 The number of reciprocating movements of the piston (diaphragm) per minute or the number of revolutions of the screw per minute. 3.11 Suitable suction stroke The actual installation height to ensure the normal operation of the pump. 4 Types and models 4.1 Type Hand pumps can be divided into the following types according to their working principle and structure: Single cylinder Piston pump Shallow well pump Diaphragm pump Hand pump Deep well pump 4.2 Model 4.2.1 Model indication method Piston pump Screw pump The model of a hand pump consists of four parts, whose meanings are as follows: Double cylinder Single acting Double acting Piston (diaphragm or screw) diameter (add 0 in front of shallow well pumps less than 100), mm Shallow and piston pump Number of cylinders or diaphragms Pump action mode (1-single cylinder or single-acting type, 2-double cylinder or double-acting type), deep well pump has no such code Manual pump Characteristic code: S-piston pump, M diaphragm pump, L screw pump 4.2.2 Marking example Single-cylinder shallow well piston pump with a piston diameter of 80mm, its mark is: SB1080 Deep well piston pump with a piston diameter of 80mm, its mark is: SB80 Single-acting diaphragm pump with a diaphragm diameter of 250mm, its mark is: MB12505 Basic parameters Under the working conditions specified in JB/T7876.2, the basic parameters of manual piston pumps, diaphragm pumps and screw pumps shall comply with the provisions of Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 respectively. The lower deviation of pump flow and efficiency shall not exceed 2% of the specified value, and the deviation of suitable suction head (or total head) shall not exceed ±2% of the specified value.
