Table 7 Type test items and inspection requirements, JB/T8129—2002 This standard replaces JB/T81291995 "Technical Conditions for Industrial Boiler Cyclone Dust Collectors". Compared with JB/T8129-1995, the main changes of this standard are as follows: - The method for compiling the model of cyclone dust collector has been added (Chapter 3 of this edition) - Requirements for the performance indicators of cyclone dust collectors have been proposed (Table 2 of this edition): - Requirements for the material and manufacturing quality of cyclones have been proposed (4.2.1.4.2.2 of this edition): JB/T8129-2002 - The contents of the chapters on blanking, rolling, assembly, etc. in the manufacturing of standard products have been adjusted, and the provisions on process requirements and some blanking tolerances have been cancelled (2.1, 2.3 and 2.4 of the 1995 edition, 4.2.3 of this edition); - The requirements for factory inspection and type testing have been clarified (Chapter 6 of this edition); - The provisions for installation and use, quality responsibility have been added (Chapters 8 and 9 of this edition): This standard is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Boiler Standardization (CSBTS/TC73). This standard was drafted by Shanghai Industrial Boiler Research Institute, and Hebi Dongfang Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., Chongqing Dust Collector Factory, Jiangsu Yancheng Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Equipment Factory, and Zhangjiakou Thermal Energy Engineering Technology Research Institute participated in the drafting. The main drafters of this standard are Ye Mian, Wu Kelong, Yang Zhenkun, Xia Ping, and Liu Youlin. The previous versions of the standards replaced by this standard are: GB/T8589-1988, JB/T8129-1995. III 1 Scope Technical conditions for industrial boiler cyclone dust collectors JB/T8129-2002 This standard specifies the model compilation method, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, random documents and packaging, installation and use, quality responsibility, etc. of flue gas cyclone dust collectors for industrial boilers. This standard applies to single-tube, double-tube and multi-tube cyclone dust collectors used in conjunction with industrial boilers. 2 Normative references The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. The two parts are connected by a horizontal line, as shown in Figure 1. X××-×× Type code Legacy of cyclone dust collector 3.2 The type code of cyclone dust collector consists of three Chinese phonetic letters, see Table 1. The specifications of dust collector are expressed in tons of steam of the matching boiler capacity. For hot water boilers, 0.7MW is converted to 1 ton of steam. Table 1 Type code of dust collector Type of dust collectorbzxZ.net Single-tube cyclone Double-tube cyclone Multi-tube cyclone 3.3 Examples of cyclone dust collector models are as follows: Example: XST-2 represents a double-tube cyclone dust collector matching a 2t/h (or 1.4MW) boiler.
