Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry Foreword
According to the arrangement of the Infrastructure Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, the Chemical Process Piping Design Technology Center of the Ministry of Chemical Industry organized the compilation of "Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Pipes and Fittings" (HG/T21633-1991) as a ministerial industry standard to guide the design and manufacture of process piping. This standard stipulates the design and manufacturing technical requirements of glass fiber reinforced plastic pipes and fittings. The contents include: scope of application, reference standards, regulations, technical requirements for pipes and pipe fittings, inspection, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and appendix, etc. This standard was prepared by Shanghai Pharmaceutical Design Institute. The chief editor is Gong, the reviewer is Xue Peili, the reviewer is Dai Jihuang, Yu Shunzu, Feng Shuyuan, Xia Dewei, and the technical center of chemical process piping design of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. During the implementation of this standard, if there are any modifications or supplements, please provide your opinions and relevant information to the technical center of chemical process piping design of the Ministry of Chemical Industry for reference in future revisions.

1 Scope of application
1.1 This standard applies to FRP pipes and fittings manufactured by low-pressure contact molding and long fiber winding molding.
: 1.2 In this standard, low-pressure contact molding is a method of single-sided pressureless or low-pressure molding, and also includes winding methods such as textiles, non-woven fabrics and felts under low pressure, but does not include compression molding and semi-finished molding methods and their products. 7.3 This standard is based on a combination of glass fiber and unsaturated thermoplastic resin, but other materials can also be used.

3 General provisions
3.1 Design pressure and design temperature of FRP pipes and fittings (Note) Design pressure:
Low-pressure contact molded pipe: ≤0.6MPa. Filament winding molded pipe, ≤1.6MPa. Fittings, ≤1.6MPa.
Design saturation, ≤80℃
Note: If this specification is exceeded, please consult with the manufacturer when ordering. 3.2 Product structure, cross-section, end, connection, thickness and mechanical properties 3.2.7 Lining layer
The lining layer is a resin-rich layer with a resin content between 6595% and a thickness of 1.5~2.5mm.
The lining layer can be The overlap of the inner lining layer made of glass fiber felt, synthetic fiber or other suitable materials shall not be less than 50mm3.2.2 Intermediate layer
The resin content of the intermediate layer is the lowest
Low-pressure contact molding, 50±5%
Winding molding, 40±5%
When low-pressure contact molding, the overlap seams between the layers must be staggered, and the overlap width should not be less than f25mmo
3.2.3 Surface layer
The surface layer is generally a weather-resistant layer made of resin with a thickness of 0.5~1.0mm. 3.2.4 One end of the surface
The cross section/end must be sealed with resin, the fibers must not be exposed, and the holes must be filled with resin.
Connection The joint part should be flat and must be processed into a continuous multi-layer bonding structure. At the same time, it should also have the same strength as the material to be joined. The minimum width of the first layer is 50mm, and the second layer begins to gradually increase. With the joint part as the center, the final width of the multi-layer bonding must meet the specified minimum value, see Table 4-3-10. 3.2.6 Thickness of the product
Minimum thickness of the product: low-contact molding shall not be less than 5.0mm, and filament winding molding shall not be less than 4.5mm. The fan thickness can be 80% of the specified wall thickness. See Table 4-1-1-~2, Table 4-2-1
Mechanical properties
The mechanical properties of FRP products formed by low-pressure contact molding shall not be lower than those specified in Table 3-2-1.
