Powder metallurgy iron-based materials
3.1 The inner and outer rotors shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The material of the rotor: the inner rotor is FTG60-20; the outer rotor is FTG60-15. Its chemical composition and physical mechanical properties shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 of JB2797.
3.3 Rotor density: FTG60-20 should be greater than or equal to 6.5g/cm2 FTG60-15 should be greater than or equal to 6.2g/cm2, 3.4 Rotor apparent hardness: the inner rotor is 70~120HBS, the outer rotor is 60~110HBS, 3.5 Rotor radial crushing strength: the inner rotor should be greater than or equal to 350MPa; the outer rotor should be greater than or equal to 300MPa, 3.6 The surface roughness of the rotor shall be as specified in Table 1. 3.7 The limit deviation of width dimension of inner and outer rotors shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on July 1, 19911.6

3.8 The dimension tolerance of inner rotor hole diameter shall be in accordance with IT7.3.9 The dimension tolerance of outer rotor outer diameter shall be in accordance with IT7

3.12 The diameter of the inscribed circle of the outer rotor tooth profile, the tolerance of the major diameter and minor diameter of the inner rotor shall be in accordance with IT8. Limit deviation
3.13 The teeth of the inner and outer rotors shall be evenly distributed. The limit deviation of the tooth angle between two adjacent teeth shall be ±3°. 3.14 The clearance between the inner and outer rotors shall be 0.07~0.15mm. 3.15 The end face circular runout of the two ends of the inner and outer rotors facing the axis shall be in accordance with the 7th grade specified in GB1184, mm
3.16 The tolerance of the parallelism of the inner and outer rotor tooth generatrix to the axis of the aperture diameter on the full length shall be half of its dimensional tolerance. 3.17 The radial circular runout of the inner rotor top circle to the axis of the hole and the outer rotor outer circle to the four axes of the inscribed tooth profile shall be in accordance with the 8th grade specified in GB1184. 3.18 The rotor surface is not allowed to have defects such as sharp edges, cracks, bumps, inclusions and oxidation. 3.19 The warranty period for the rotor is 2000 hours under normal use within two years from the date of leaving the factory. If the rotor is damaged due to quality problems during the warranty period, the manufacturer shall be responsible for warranty, replacement and refund. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 Each rotor shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and can only be shipped after passing the inspection. 4.2 The chemical composition and physical and mechanical properties of the rotor material shall comply with the provisions of GB223.1 and GB4136. 4.3 The apparent hardness (including oil) shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB9097.1. 4.4 The density shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB5163. 4.5 The radial crushing strength shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB6840. 4.6 When the ordering unit conducts random inspection of the rotor product quality, it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The qualified quality level AQL value shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties.
5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
5.1 The rotor must be cleaned and oil-sealed before packaging, and wrapped with strong and impermeable neutral paper, and then the dry rotor should be placed in a hard paper box. The box should be accompanied by a product certificate and instruction manual signed by the technical inspector. The box surface should be marked with:, manufacturer's name and address;
product name, model and quantity:
packing date and anti-rust validity period.
5.2 The rotor packed in the paper box must be placed in a dry packaging box with waterproof paper, and ensure that the parts will not be damaged during normal transportation. The total weight of the box should be less than or equal to 20kg. The outside of the box should be marked with: B.

5.3 Packaging mark According to the relevant provisions of GB191, colorless paint, ink, etc. should be correctly selected and used, and accurately, clearly and firmly sprayed on the box surface.
5.4 After the rotor is packaged, it should be stored in a ventilated, dry and corrosive-free warehouse. Under normal circumstances, the manufacturer should ensure that the rotor will not rust within 12 months from the date of leaving the factory. Additional remarks:
