Some standard content:
GB/I3650—1995 This standard is a revision of GB3650-83 based on the needs of the domestic and international ferroalloy product market economy. When revising, some parts of GB3650-83 are retained, and some impurity elements that must be determined in ferroalloy products, such as ferrochrome, ferromanganese-silicon alloy sulfur content, silicon-chromium alloy sulfur content and phosphorus content, are added. The clauses 1.1, 1.4, 1.5.2.2, 2.3 and Table 2 in GB3650—83 are cancelled. These are the parts that should be noted in the contract or agreement according to the requirements of different users, and there is no need to make provisions in this standard in a unified way. This standard shall be implemented from March 1, 1996. From the date of entry into force, this standard will replace GB3650—83. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is issued by the Information Standard Research Institute of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. This standard was drafted by Gulin Ferroalloy Plant and the Ministry of Metallurgy Information Standards Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Shu Li, Jiang Chun, Liu Shaoan and Fu Yongxin. This standard was first issued in May 1983 and revised for the first time in 1994. 1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China General Rules for Inspection, Packing, Storage and Transportation, Marking and Certification of Ferroalloy This standard specifies the inspection, packaging, storage and transportation, marking and certification of ferroalloy. This standard applies to the delivery of ferroalloy products. 2 Referenced standards GB/T 3650--1995 Replaces GI33650-83 The texts contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised: All parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards GB1250-89 Methods of expressing and judging limit values 3 Acceptance 3. 1 The purchaser has the right to re-inspect the quality order of ferroalloy products in accordance with relevant regulations. If there is any objection, it must be raised within 30 days after arrival. The product should not be used before it is processed, otherwise the objection will be invalid. 3.2 If there is any objection to the delivery batch, the supply and demand parties shall arbitrate according to the relevant national standards of ferroalloy products. If there is a particular national standard, arbitration shall be made according to the agreement between the supply and demand parties. 3.3 Ferroalloy products should be strictly finished, and the surface and cross section should not have non-metallic slag inclusions. Individual small amounts of slag inclusions and ingot mold coatings are allowed. 3.4 The chemical composition of ferroalloy products must comply with the provisions of the corresponding product standards. The required elements of each product should comply with the provisions of Table 1, and other elements should be measured regularly. If there are special requirements, the required elements can be added accordingly after consultation between the two parties. The loading form and loading quantity shall be specified in the contract . 5 Storage and Transportation 5.1 Products should be stored in different varieties and batches. If stored outdoors, they must be covered with a cloth to prevent water seepage or mixing with debris. 5.2 Product shipment shall be carried out in accordance with the contract. 5.3 Products must be shipped and packed. When there is no label inside the package, the quality certificate must be attached to the car in an obvious place. When different brands of products are packed in the car for shipment, they must be separated to ensure that there is no mixing of brands. 6 Marking The surface of each package must be marked with a non-fading mark; according to the contract or standard requirements, the package can be attached with a label, and the content of the mark and label shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. The quality certificate should indicate: a) production name: h) product brand and chemical composition (the actual value of the required elements and the guaranteed value of other elements shall be reported according to the contract or standard. When the goods are delivered in graded batches, the actual value of the required elements shall be the weighted average value of the corresponding components of each furnace in the batch); c) the number of delivery batches and the shipping car number; d) net weight and reference weight: e) inspector code: f) factory or production date; g) standard number or sub-number.
