This standard is a revision of JB/T7911-95 "Tubular strand twister and closer". Only editorial changes were made to the original standard during the revision, and the main technical content remained unchanged.
This standard replaces JB/T7911-95 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the Technical Committee for Standardization of Metallurgical Equipment. The drafting unit of this standard: Xi'an Heavy Machinery Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Xu Weidong and Wang Xiaopeng. This standard was first issued in 1979 as JB206779. It was revised to GB10601-89 on March 22, 1989. It was revised to JB/T7911-95 in April 1996.
1 Scope

This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods and acceptance rules, packaging, transportation and storage and manufacturing assurance of stander and closer.
This standard applies to stander and closer for steel wire ropes with a diameter of less than 45 mm. 2 Reference standards

3.1 Tubular stranding machines and rope-making machines are divided into three types according to their structures. 3.1.1 Support roller type (T)—The rotating cylinder is supported by support rollers. 3.1.2 Rolling bearing type (Z)—The rotating cylinder is supported by large rolling bearings. Air cushion bearing type (Q) - a special bearing support that uses compressed air to float the rotating cylinder. 3.1.3
Each type has two threading methods.
3.1.4.1 Internal threading method (N) The steel wire is led out along the inner wall of the cylinder. 3.1.4.2 External threading method (W) -
The steel wire is led out along the outer wall of the cylinder.

4. Technical requirements

4.1 Tubular strand grabbing machine and tubular rope making machine shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The cylinder braking method must meet the requirements of stability, reliability and durability. Braking time: 160~400 type machine is not more than 7s; 500~630 type machine is not more than 10s; 8001000 type machine is not more than 15s. 4.3 The support method of the I-shaped wheel in the cylinder should make the loading and unloading of the I-shaped wheel convenient, the locking reliable; the damping adjustment is sensitive and the operation is stable. The series size of the T-shaped wheel should comply with the provisions of JB/T3673. 4.4 The ratio of the digging distance gearbox should comply with the requirements of the strand grabbing and rope making process. 4.5 Both the tubular strand grabbing machine and the rope making machine should be equipped with mechanical or electrical slow starting devices, and the electrical control system should be easy to operate: the control is sensitive and reliable.
4.6 The maximum angle from the I-shaped wheel to the center of the flower plate is 28°, the maximum angle from the center of the flower plate to the cylinder wall is 25°, and the maximum angle of the broken line from the cylinder outlet line to the distribution plate line is 18°. 4.7 Tubular strand grabbing machines and rope making machines can be equipped with deformation, straightening, oiling devices and meter and length measuring devices according to process requirements. 4.8 Tubular strand grabbing machines and rope making machines should have reliable safety devices and protective covers. When the protective covers are opened, the body is only allowed to move in inches, and the opening and closing of the protective covers should be flexible and convenient.
4.9 Tubular strand grabbing machines and rope making machines should have wire break parking devices, which should be sensitive and reliable. 4.10 Wire-receiving mechanism:
a) The wire-receiving mechanism can adapt to the tension required for wire-receiving, and is easy to adjust, and runs smoothly and reliably; b) The wire-arranging mechanism should be easy to adjust the spacing, and the reversing should be reliable and correct; c) The finished I-wheel of the wire-receiving rack is easy to load and unload, and the operation is safe and reliable. 4.11 The materials of the main parts must have a certificate of conformity, or be qualified after identification and testing before they can be used. Purchased parts and external T. parts must have qualified documents before they can be assembled.
4.12 Castings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5000.4, forgings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5000.8, and welded parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5000.3.
4.13 The radial runout of the support wheel surface after assembly shall be equivalent to the 6th grade accuracy of GB/T1184. After assembly of each section of the cylinder and parts such as the flower plate, a dynamic balance test shall be performed, and the dynamic balance accuracy shall comply with the provisions of the drawings or technical documents. 4.144
When assembling the cylinder, the radial runout of the flange surface of each section of the cylinder slideway shall be adjusted to be equivalent to the 7th grade accuracy of GB/T1184. 4.15
The support wheel and the cylinder slideway surface shall have good contact, and the contact area shall not be less than 85%. 4.16
4.17 After the traction wheel is assembled, the radial runout of the outer circle shall be equivalent to the 9th grade accuracy of GB/T1184. The nominal diameter series of the traction wheel of the new product should be: 320, 630, 950, 1250, 1600mm. 4.18 After assembly, various gear transmission boxes shall meet the following requirements: a) The accuracy of cylindrical gears shall meet the requirements of GB/T10095. Spur gears: When the circumferential speed is greater than 8m/s, the accuracy shall not be less than Class 7; when the circumferential speed is between 4 and 8m/s, the accuracy shall not be less than Class 8. Helical gears: When the circumferential speed is greater than 12m/s, the accuracy shall not be less than Class 7; when the circumferential speed is between 8 and 12m/s, the accuracy shall not be less than Class 8. b) The speed change mechanism shall be flexible in shifting and reliable in positioning. When the rim width of the meshing gear is less than or equal to 20mm, the maximum axial misalignment is 1mm; when the rim width of the meshing gear is greater than 20mm, the axial misalignment is 5% of the rim width, but shall not exceed 5mm. c) There shall be no oil leakage at all sealing and joints, and all gear pairs and bearings shall be fully and well lubricated. 4.19 Lubrication system
The inside of the oil pipe is clean, the oil pump runs smoothly, and the lubrication of each lubrication point is in good condition without leakage. 4.20 Pneumatic system

Pneumatic pipelines should be clean, pneumatic components should operate smoothly, switching performance should be good, and no air leakage should be allowed. 4.21 The wiring and component connections of the electrical system should be firm and reliable, the wiring should be neat, and the layout should be beautiful. The live parts must have protective covers, which are safe to use and easy to maintain.
4.22 Painting should comply with the provisions of JB/T5000.12. 5 Test methods and acceptance rules
5.1 Test methods
5.1.1 The tubular strand grabber and rope making machine should be installed as a whole and run empty at the manufacturer. The running time should be not less than 4 hours, and the maximum speed should be not less than 1 hour, based on the bearing reaching a stable temperature. After testing, in addition to meeting the requirements of 4.2, 4.3, 4.5, 4.8, 4.13, 4.15~4.21, the following requirements shall also be met:
a) Smooth operation, no abnormal noise, noise sound pressure level not greater than 90dB (A), and not greater than 90dB (A) with sound insulation measures b) The wire rack in the cylinder is basically horizontal, with an inclination of -5°~+5°, and there shall be no jumping phenomenon (visual inspection); c) The maximum temperature rise of general bearings is 35°C. The maximum temperature rise of large bearings on the cylinder is 45°C. 5.1.2 The load test shall be carried out in accordance with the contract requirements. The load test time is 8 hours (tested at an intermediate wire diameter and medium speed). In addition to complying with the provisions of 5.1.1, 4.7, 4.9 and 4.10, it shall also meet the following requirements: a) The actions of the wire-releasing, strand-grabbing (rope-making), traction and wire-reeling mechanisms are coordinated; b) There is no abnormal vibration or heat generation at the wire-pressing die; c) There is no abnormal phenomenon such as overlapping or disordered strands in the traction device during the wire-reeling process, and the meter is accurate and reliable; d) The maximum temperature rise of general bearings is 40°C, and the maximum temperature rise of the large bearing on the cylinder is 50°C; e) The strands and wires should be evenly grabbed over the entire length of the wire rope. Except for the two ends, the error of the grab distance is -2.5%~+2.5% of the actual normal grab distance (the average value of 5 consecutive grab distances); f) The tilt or shaking angle of the wire rack is -15°~+15°5.2 Acceptance rules
Each product must be inspected and approved by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and issued a product certificate before it can leave the factory. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Each product shall be fixed with a product label in an appropriate position, and its contents shall include: a) product model and name;
b) main technical specifications (such as the wire diameter, strand diameter, speed, power, quality, etc.); c) date of manufacture;

e) manufacturer name.
The size and technical requirements of the label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. 6.2 The exposed T-shaped surface of the product should be coated with anti-rust grease, and each moving part should be adjusted to the minimum outline size: the oil, water and other liquids accumulated in each part should be drained cleanly.
6.3 The product can be decomposed and packaged for transportation, and is suitable for land and water transportation and loading requirements. 6.4 The random technical documents should be complete, including: a) packing list;
b) product factory certificate;
c) product installation and operation instructions;

d) product general drawing, installation foundation drawing, pneumatic and hydraulic schematic diagram, electrical schematic diagram and electrical wiring diagram, and wearing parts drawing. 6.5 The packaging of tubular strand grabbing machine and rope making machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T5000.13. 6.6 The rust prevention and inner packaging of tubular strand grabbing machine and rope making machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T4879. 6.7 The shipping label and the storage and transportation graphic mark on the outer wall of the packaging box shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB191. 6.8 The tubular stranding machine and the rope forming machine shall be protected from rain when stored. The electrical equipment shall be stored in a clean and dry room and shall be protected from rust and damage during storage.
Manufacturing guarantee
If the user complies with the transportation, storage, installation and use conditions specified in this standard and relevant documents, the tubular stranding machine and the rope forming machine shall be repaired or replaced free of charge by the manufacturer within 12 months from the date of shipment, of which the use period shall not exceed 6 months, if the use is affected by poor manufacturing.4 The accompanying technical documents shall be complete, including: a) packing list; b) product factory certificate; c) product installation and operating instructions; JB/T7911-1999 d) product general drawing, installation foundation drawing, pneumatic and hydraulic principle diagram, electrical principle diagram and electrical wiring diagram, and wearing parts diagram. 6.5 The packaging of tubular strand grabbing machine and rope making machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T5000.13. 6.6 The rust prevention and inner packaging of tubular strand grabbing machine and rope making machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T4879. 6.7 The shipping label and the storage and transportation diagram on the outer wall of the packaging box shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB191. 6.8 The tubular strand grabbing machine and rope making machine shall be protected from rain when stored, and the electrical equipment shall be stored in a clean and dry room, and shall be prevented from rust and damage during storage.
