Material Q235-AZ ZG230-450 or QT500-7 ZCuA19Mn2 or QA19-2 3.3 The surface of the parts should be free of burrs, cracks, rust and other defects that affect the strength. The outer sharp edges of the parts should be rounded. The forged parts must be heat treated. 3.6 The pulley shaft must be quenched and tempered, and its hardness is HB217~255. 3.7 The hook must be normalized. 3.8 The non-friction surface of the parts should be painted, and the friction surface should be greased. 3.9 After the pulley is assembled, check the movable parts such as the pulley, long ring or hook. The rotation must be flexible and there must be no jamming. 3.10 The pulley should be subjected to a static load test with a test load of 4 times the safe working load. 4'Test methodbzxz.net The pulley should be subjected to a static load test according to the test load and loading method specified in Table 4. The test load time shall not be less than 5 minutes. After unloading, check each load-bearing part. No permanent deformation or any defects shall occur. 5 Test loading method Safe working load Test load Inspection rules CB/T369-1995 Each pulley must be inspected by the product quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the technical requirements of this standard. After the product is qualified, it can be shipped after verification by the ship inspection department, and a product certificate of conformity and a ship inspection certificate shall be issued. Marking, packaging and storage Each block shall have a product label, on which the following information shall be indicated: a. Product name; Product mark; Safe working load; Maximum diameter of the wire rope; Manufacturer name or mark; Date of manufacture. 6.2 Each block shall have a ship inspection seal on the shell. 6.3 Packaging and storage Product packaging must be firm, with moisture-proof measures, and able to meet the requirements of multiple loading and unloading and long-distance transportation.
