Each cycle includes all functions and all operating ranges of the machine tool, and the operating speed and feed rate are continuously adjusted. The whole machine should be idle for no less than 8 hours. The time between each half-operation cycle shall not exceed 10 minutes. During the cycle, the mechanism should operate normally, the action should be accurate, flexible, reliable, and there should be no abnormal phenomena such as failure. The oil pressure in the oil channel shall not exceed 60℃, and the temperature shall not exceed 30℃. Machine tool working test The machine tool should be tested after the idle operation test, according to the cutting specifications specified in the adjustment! The machine tool is not allowed to be moved during the continuous cutting of the test piece (scratching), according to JF/T5769.1. The machine tool should be inspected monthly. The new machine tool should be inspected or tested by the operator. 9.1. The machine tool should be inspected once after the idle running test and the busy running test.
