During the revision, the original standard was edited, and the main technical content remained unchanged This standard replaces JB1993—76 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Mining Machinery. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Shenyang Mineral Processing Machinery Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard: Xu Yongshan, Zhang Li, Li Jun, Liu Yuheng, Huang Jialin. 1 Scope Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Permanent magnetic drum Permanent magnetic drum JB/T1993—1999 Replaces JB19931999 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, instructions, packaging, transportation and storage of permanent magnetic drums. This standard applies to permanent magnetic drums. The machine is mainly used to select strong magnetic minerals with a specific magnetic susceptibility of not less than 3000×10cm/g, and can also be used to remove magnetic substances from materials, such as removing iron nails from foundry sand. 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. GB191—1990 GB/T6388—1986 GB/T9969.1—1988 GB/T133061991 JB/T16041998 JB/T 9042—1999 3 Product classification 3.1 Type Packaging, storage and transportation pictorial signs Transport packaging, receiving and issuing signs Industrial product instructions Method for compiling mining machinery product models Permanent magnet blocks for mineral processing equipment The polarity of permanent magnetic rollers should be arranged in a circular pattern, that is, the polarity is arranged alternately along the circumferential direction and the polarity is the same along the axial direction. 3.2 Model The model representation method should comply with the provisions of JB/T1604. C 3.3 Marking example Drum length, dm (rounded) Drum diameter, dm (rounded) Magnetic roller Magnetic separation equipment The permanent magnetic roller with a drum diameter of 800mm and a cylinder length of 950mm is marked as: CT-89 permanent magnetic roller Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on June 28, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000 3.4 Basic parameters and dimensions JB/T1993-1999 The basic parameters and dimensions of permanent magnetic rollers shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Parameter name Corresponding tape width mm Magnetic induction intensity on roller surface KT Selected particle size Calculation processing capacity h Maximum torque N·m Note: For calculation processing capacity, the speed is 1ms and the bulk density coefficient is 2.4 Technical requirements CT-811 10~100 CT-814 CT-816 Permanent magnetic rollers shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. The circumferential speed of the roller surface shall not exceed 1.5m/s. The cylinder is made of non-magnetic material with a roundness tolerance of 2mm. Plates are allowed to be butt-jointed, but the transverse welds must be ground flat. The yoke of the permanent magnetic roller is made of 08 steel. The quality of the magnetic block should comply with the provisions of JB/T9042. The surface of the magnetic system should be flat, and its flatness tolerance should not be greater than 1mm. The assembled magnetic blocks should be fixed (or bonded) firmly with bolts. Before assembling the magnetic system, each stack of magnetic blocks must be magnetized. If the magnetic blocks are folded and replaced, they must be magnetized before they can be used. All parts must be inspected and qualified, and purchased parts must have a quality certificate before they can be assembled. 5 Test method After the magnetic system is assembled, the magnetic induction intensity should be measured: a) Measure three cross sections on the magnetic system, one section is taken in the middle (point B), and the other two sections are taken at 125mm from both ends (points A and C), (see Figure 1): b) Take 20 measurement points on each section (see Figure 2): B JB/T1993-1999 c) Use a Tesla meter with an accuracy level of not less than 2.5 to measure point by point. 6 Acceptance rules 6.1 Inspection classification Permanent magnetic rollers are divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection 6.2.1 Permanent magnetic rollers must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before they can be shipped. Documents proving the quality of the product should be attached when leaving the factory. 6.2.2 Factory inspection of the following items: a) Completeness and correctness of the requirements for the structure of the permanent magnetic roller; b) 4.2, 4.3, 4.7 and the magnetic induction intensity of the roller surface in Table 2. 6.3 Type inspection 6.3.1 The permanent magnetic roller shall be subjected to type inspection in any of the following cases: a) When new products or old products are transferred to the factory for production appraisal; b) After normal production, when the product structure, materials and process have been greatly changed; c) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; d) When the results of the factory inspection are greatly different from the last inspection; When the national quality inspection agency puts forward the type inspection requirements. e) 6.3.2 The type inspection items shall include all the requirements of this standard. 6.3.3 The type inspection shall be conducted on one unit selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection. If the inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted. 7 Marking, labeling and instruction manual The permanent magnetic roller shall be equipped with a product label in an appropriate and obvious position.
