Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Straight Hook Beam Subject Content and Scope of Application JB/T 7687. 2-95 This standard specifies the type, size, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of straight hook beams. This standard applies to die-forged, free-forged or rolled straight hook beams (hereinafter referred to as beams) on lifting machinery and equipment. Note: This standard should be used in conjunction with GB10051.1, GB10051.2, GB10051.4, GB10051.5, JB/T7687.1 and JB/T7687.3. 2 Reference standards GB10051.1 Mechanical properties, lifting capacity, stress and materials of lifting hooks GB10051.2 Technical conditions for lifting hooks with straight handles GB10051.4 Lifting hooks with straight handles and single hooks with broken parts GB10051. 5 Lifting hook straight handle single hook GB/T13384 General technical conditions for packaging of electromechanical products JB/T7687.1 Straight handle hook cross beam rough parts JB/T7687.3 Straight handle hook nut JB/ZQ6101 Magnetic particle inspection method for forged steel parts 3 Strength grade of cross beam According to its mechanical properties, it is divided into 5 strength grades, and the strength grade of the lifting hook matched with it is the same, see Table 1 in Chapter 3 of GB10051.1. -Generally, M grade or P grade should be used first. 4 Rated load of cross beam Under different strength grades and mechanism working levels, the rated load (lifting weight) borne by each cross beam should match the hook, and its value should be the same as the lifting weight of the hook listed in Table 2 in Chapter 4 of GB10051.1. 5 Classification 5. Type 5.1.1 The type of crossbeam is mainly divided into the following three types according to the different types of bearings used in the hook device: a. Type A... - generally used in hook devices with hook number 0061, with hemispherical raceway surface (supporting surface on the crossbeam), and rolling elements that can rotate freely. b. Type 13 - generally used in hook devices with hook number 1.6-16, with complete sets of bearings, and relatively rotatable; c. Type C - - generally used in hook devices with hook number 2.5250, with complete sets of bearings, and relatively rotatable. 5.1.2 Model indication method Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 16, 1995 and implemented on July 1, 1996 5.1.3 Marking example JB/T7687.2-95 Strength grade: MP, S, TV Hook number: 006~250 Type 1: A, BC The hook beam with hook number 006, strength grade M and type A should be marked as: a. Beam HA 006-MJB/T7687.2 Hook number 16, strength grade P, type B hook beam should be marked as: b. Beam HB16-PJB/T7687.2Www.bzxZ.net Hook number 160, strength grade T, type C hook beam should be marked as: c. Beam HC160-TJB/T7687.2 5.2 Structural type and size 5.2.1 Structural type of cross-dye: Type A see Figure 1. Type B see Figure 2. Type C see Figure 3. Figure 1A Type A Figure 2 Type B 5.2.2 The size of the beam is shown in Table 1. 6 Technical requirements JB/T7687.2-95 Figure 1~Figure 3 Partial release Figure 3C type Die forging (hook number 2.5-~40) Free forging (hook number 2.5250) 6.1 The dimensional deviation grade of the beam without tolerance shall not be lower than the f grade in GB/T1804 "General tolerance linear dimension without tolerance". The shape and position tolerance without tolerance shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T1184 "shape and position tolerance without tolerance value". Its straightness, flatness, coaxiality and symmetry shall be C grade in Table 1 and Table 2 of this standard. 6.2 The maximum allowable value of the surface roughness of the beam shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 201 JB/T 7687. More different studies JB/T7687.2 Strong armor Hemispherical raceway surface in type A In type B and type C, dh: bearing contact support surface I part enlargement (groove), d (both sides of the groove end surface, free forging, other processing surfaces around JB/T 7687.2— Reaiaμm Note: If it is a die forged beam, the upper and lower planes and 6, the surrounding of the can be not processed. But it should be smooth and flat. 6.3 The hemispherical raceway surface of the type A beam (see Figure 1) should be surface carburized, its hardness is 50~55HRC, and the depth of the carburized layer is 0.8~~1.2 mm. 6.4 The surface of the beam should be smooth and free from defects such as cracks and pits. There should be no cracks, white spots or other defects that affect its safe use inside. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 The inspection of the beam shall be carried out by the quality inspection department of the supplier (manufacturer) according to the drawings, technical agreements and this standard. The inspection content shall include the contents required by this standard. 7.2 After the beam is processed, the cross-section transition zone, holes and other parts that may cause cracks shall be inspected by magnetic particle inspection in accordance with JB/ZQ6101. Parts that cannot be inspected by magnetic particle inspection shall be inspected by penetration method. 7.3 When the height of the maximum cross-section of the beam is greater than or equal to 150mm, ultrasonic testing shall be carried out. If the rough cross-dye parts have been subjected to ultrasonic testing and meet the requirements of Article 6.4, they can be exempted from testing. 8 Marking and packaging 8.1 Fixed and clear marks (one The marking content is: supplier name or code (if necessary) hook; strength grade (M or P, ST, V). 8.2 The packaging of the beam should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T13384. The certificate of conformity and other random documents should be placed in the packaging box. The content of the certificate of conformity is: supplier name or code: hook: material card Number: Test results and final conclusions of chemical composition and mechanical properties of forgings; Melting furnace number: Quantity; Standard number. Note: The same part as the certificate of conformity of beam rough ring parts can be replaced by it.
