QB/T 2826—2006 4 Test method 4.1 Appearance inspection 4.1.1 Inspection principle Mix the ink on the glass plate and inspect the appearance of the ink. 4.1.2 Tools and materials a) Mixing knife; b) Glass plate. 4.1.3 Inspection steps a) Use the mixing knife to take 20g of the sample and mix it on the glass plate; b) Check whether there are any foreign matter, lumps or other abnormalities. 4.1.4 Test results No foreign matter and no lumps are each grid. 4.2 Color test 4.2.1 Test principle Compare the sample ink and the standard ink by scraping them side by side. Under the standard light source, use the gray sample card for evaluating color change (see GB250) to evaluate the surface color, background color and color level of the sample ink and the standard ink. 4.2.2 Tools and materials a) Small steel scraper; b) Small adjustment knife; c) Scraping paper (80g~100g double-sided paper) 215mmx70mm, with a 20mm black horizontal line printed at 130mm; d) Glass paper: e) P6s standard source: F) Color sample card for evaluating color change (see item 250) 4.2.3 Test steps a) Use a small amount of ink to take a small amount of the standard sample and the test sample, and mix them on the glass plate for 10 to 15 times respectively; b) Take about 0.5g of the prepared ink and place them separately, with the standard sample on the right and the test sample on the left, adjacent to each other but not connected:) Hold the scraper upright and scrape the ink from top to bottom evenly to two-thirds of the black horizontal line, and gradually flatten the scraper so that the angle between the scraper and the paper is less than 30% so that the ink can be scraped into a thicker ink layer on the paper and below the black horizontal line, and then stick glass paper; d) The scraped sample is transparent to light at an incident angle of 35° to 45°, which is called the background color. The ink layer above the black horizontal line of the scraped sample is called the surface color: the ink layer at the exciting horizontal line of the scraped sample is called transparency, and the thick ink layer below the black horizontal line of the sample is called ink color. 4.2.4 Inspection results Evaluate the color change with a gray card (see GB250) within 5 minutes, and evaluate the color level under the standard light source (Dg). 4.3 Fineness is tested according to the method in Appendix A of QE/T2624 (UV oil adjustment is used to adjust the viscosity). 4.4 Viscosity is tested according to GB/T18723 (UV special cleaning liquid is used for cleaning). 4.5 Color strength is tested according to GB14624.2. 4.6 Drying test 4.6.1 Inspection principle Use a colorimeter with 2 grids to draw the test, and after transfer, irradiate the printed material with ultraviolet light to solidify the required film. Use scratches and touch to judge the quality of ink drying. 4.6.2 Tools and materials a) Printability tester, 2-grid rubber bite: 2 b) Ink adjustment door, steel scraper: c) Lead-under paper: Standard sample oil wing: e) UV special cleaning liquid: f) UV irradiator: g) Same-shaped needle (see QB treatment 1149), 4.6. 3 Inspection steps QB/T2826-2006 a) Take 0.125mL of the test sample and standard ink, and place them on the cleaned 2-grid rubber roller respectively. According to the ink spreading speed inspection method, carry out a color development. b) The color development object passes through a UV irradiator to solidify the ink film. The irradiation conditions are: 80W1cm high-pressure mercury lamp, irradiation distance of 15.5cm, speed of 64m/min, and irradiator power of 2kW. 4.6.4 Judgment method a) After UV irradiation, place the printed surface on a glass plate and use the tail of a paper clip (see QB/T1149) to scratch the edge of the printed material. Check the blank part of the printed material to see if there is a mark left. Judge the dryness of the ink. At the same time, touch the film with your fingers to judge the dryness of the ink film. b) If the ink film is not completely dry, irradiate it again and judge until it is dry. judge whether there is any difference between the sample and the standard sample during the drying process, and record the results. 4.7 The content of mobile elements shall be tested according to Appendix C of GB6675. 4.8 Inspection conditions The inspection shall be carried out at a temperature of (25±1)T and a humidity of (65±5)%. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Factory inspection The factory inspection items are appearance, color, fineness, viscosity, and dryness. 5.2 Type inspection Type inspection is all items specified in the requirements of this standard. The product should be subject to type inspection when any of the following conditions occur. a) When there are major changes in raw materials, formulas and production processes: b) When production is resumed after a long-term shutdown: ) When the quality supervision department conducts random inspections: d) During normal production, the type inspection cycle is six months. 5.3 Product batching The unit product formed by a single machine or unit at one time is a batch, and each batch of products is randomly sampled according to GB3186. 5.4 Determination of original residue 5.4.1 Each batch of products is sampled and inspected according to GB3186. If one of the technical indicators is unqualified, the batch of products is an unqualified batch. 5.4.2 The receiving unit has the right to inspect the product according to the provisions of the standard. If it is found that the product quality does not meet the technical indicators of this standard, the supply and demand parties shall jointly re-sample and inspect according to GB 3186. 5.4.3 Both the supplier and the buyer shall check and verify the packaging and quantity of the products. If any leakage or discrepancy in the packaging is found, the relevant departments shall be notified in a timely manner. 5.4.4 When there is a dispute between the supply and demand parties over product quality, the national product quality supervision and inspection agency shall conduct arbitration inspection. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 6.1 The outer surface of the iron box (barrel) should be affixed with a trademark, indicating the production unit, address, product name, model, batch number (or production phase), net content, standard number adopted, and validity period. The surface of the outer packaging box should indicate the production unit, address, product name, production date, and inspection qualification. 3 QB/T2826—2006 Www.bzxZ.net 6.2 When required by the user, a product manual or product safety instructions should also be attached. MSDS, 6.3 This product is packed in iron boxes or iron barrels, and the iron boxes are then packed in outer packaging cartons. Special packaging can also be adopted according to customer needs. 6.4 The product can be transported by car, plane and other means of transportation under the packaging requirements of 6.3. 6.5 During transportation and handling, it should not be thrown, dropped or collided to prevent the packaging from being damaged and oil spilling. 6.6 The product should not be stored in the open air, but should be stored in a warehouse below 30℃ to avoid sunlight.
