National Machinery Industry Weekly 19-08-08 World Standard 2000-0101 3.15 A complete set of thermometers should include: a) Thermometer: one set; b) Recording water: one bottle c) Pen tip: two sets; e) Self-recording paper: 400 sheets of diary self-recording paper or 0 sheets of weekly self-recording paper; e) Instruction manual: one set; f) Certificate of conformity: one set. 3.16 The transportation and packaging of thermometers should comply with the relevant provisions of /T9329. 4 Test methods and inspection rules 4.1 Each thermometer should be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer before it can leave the factory, and a certificate of conformity should be attached. 4.2 Each thermostat shall be inspected before delivery according to the requirements of 3.2.3.4-3.14. 4.3.2 Test method 4.3.1 Test equipment: e) Three thermostats (0℃, 40℃, 30℃ respectively). When the pen tip is restored, observe whether the value between the pen tip and the horizontal line exceeds the specified step difference: use the same method to observe the step difference between the 40℃ point and the -30% point. 4.53.10 Test Method Adjust the pen tip to any time scale line on the 45℃ scale, then adjust the pen tip to move along the time scale line, and observe whether the double line and the time scale meet the requirements. 4. The results of the re-test should still meet the requirements of this standard. When the error of the indication value at the 0℃ point is 0.0, the difference between the error of the two end points and the original test result should not exceed 1℃. 4.7 Thermometers shall be subjected to type tests in the following cases: 1) when the design, process and materials used are to be changed; 2) when production is not frequent and production is resumed; 3) when batch-produced thermometers are sampled regularly for inspection; 4) when similar products are compared. 4.8 When batch-produced thermometers are subjected to type tests at least three thermometers shall be sampled for type tests every year. In other cases, the items and quantity of type tests shall be determined according to the specific circumstances. 4.9 Type tests of thermometers shall be conducted in accordance with the technical requirements of this standard. 5.1 Each thermometer shall be equipped with a nameplate at an appropriate location, and its contents shall be as follows: Manufacturer name: a) Product name and model; c) Product serial number; d) The serial number of the self-recording paper; and d) Year and month of manufacture. 5.2 Before the thermometer is packed into the inner package, appropriate measures shall be taken to prevent the tray and self-recording clock from being damaged. 5.9 After the meter is put into the inner packaging, it should be fixed firmly. The inner packaging should be marked with: a) manufacturer name; h) product name and number; e) year and month of production; d) "upwards" and * symbols. 5.1 The outer packaging box should be firm, reliable, moisture-proof and rain-proof.
