3.7.2 Quantitative inspection (including parallelism of the mouth plane) Use a high-precision vernier caliper to measure the minimum and maximum values ​​of the bottom and highest points on the bottle mouth sealing surface (should deviate from the bottle mouth seam line), and the average value is the bottle height. However, its minimum and maximum values ​​should be within the specified tolerance range. The difference between the minimum and maximum values ​​is the parallelism of the mouth plane.
3.8 Bottle body outer diameter
Use a vernier caliper that meets the accuracy requirements to measure the bottle body (need to deviate from the seam line). The average value is the bottle body outer diameter, but its maximum and minimum values ​​should be within the specified tolerance range. 3.9 Bottle mouth outer diameter
3.9.1 Qualification inspection
Use a through-type bottle mouth gauge to measure the outer diameter. If the bottle mouth sealing ring can pass through the large hole but not the small hole, it is qualified. 3.9.2 Quantitative inspection
Use a vernier caliper (accuracy 0.02mm) to measure the mouse at the bottle mouth sealing ring (deviating from the seam line), rotate 180° to measure the maximum and minimum values, and the average value is the bottle mouth outer diameter, but its maximum and minimum values ​​should be within the specified tolerance range.
