If the sample bottle passes the maximum limit deviation plate, it is qualified if it does not pass the minimum limit deviation plate. 3.7.2 Quantitative inspection (including parallelism of the mouth plane) Use a high-precision vernier caliper to measure the minimum and maximum values of the bottom and highest points on the bottle mouth sealing surface (should deviate from the bottle mouth seam line), and the average value is the bottle height. However, its minimum and maximum values should be within the specified tolerance range. The difference between the minimum and maximum values is the parallelism of the mouth plane. 3.8 Bottle body outer diameter Use a vernier caliper that meets the accuracy requirements to measure the bottle body (need to deviate from the seam line). The average value is the bottle body outer diameter, but its maximum and minimum values should be within the specified tolerance range. 3.9 Bottle mouth outer diameter 3.9.1 Qualification inspection Use a through-type bottle mouth gauge to measure the outer diameter. If the bottle mouth sealing ring can pass through the large hole but not the small hole, it is qualified. 3.9.2 Quantitative inspection Use a vernier caliper (accuracy 0.02mm) to measure the mouse at the bottle mouth sealing ring (deviating from the seam line), rotate 180° to measure the maximum and minimum values, and the average value is the bottle mouth outer diameter, but its maximum and minimum values should be within the specified tolerance range. TTKAONrKAca- 3.10 Inner diameter of bottle mouth (including inner diameter of bottle neck) QB/T3562—1999 Use a through-type inner diameter disc gauge to measure the inner diameter of the bottle mouth and bottle neck. If it can pass through the small end but not the large end, it is qualified. 3.11 Vertical axis deviation (verticality) Measure with a verticality measuring instrument that meets the accuracy requirements. Stand the sample bottle on the centering device and rotate 360 degrees to measure the deviation value of the outer diameter of the bottle mouth sealing ring. 1/2 of this value is the vertical axis deviation value (verticality) of the sample bottle. 3.12 Appearance, color and others Mainly visual inspection, if necessary, use calipers or other special measuring tools to measure or compare with standard samples. 4 Acceptance rules and packaging, marking, transportation, compensation and storage 4.1 Acceptance rules 4.1.1 According to the provisions of GB/T2828-1987 "Batch inspection counting sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to the inspection of continuous batches)" on the second batch inspection sampling plan, the ordering party has the right to accept the products according to the provisions of this standard and product technical conditions. If there are other circumstances, it can also be accepted according to the contract or agreement between the supply and demand parties. 4.1.2 The items, sequence, qualified quality level (AQL) and inspection level (IL) of each batch inspection shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. Table 4 Appearance quality Specifications and dimensions Physical and chemical properties Sand bubbles, seam lines, thickness, finish, vertical axis deviation, cracks, bottle mouth defects Listed in Table 1 Resistance to sudden heat change Resistance to internal pressure Resistance to internal stress Resistance to dilute acid erosion Clause of this standard 4.1.3. If a batch fails the inspection, the batch of products shall be subject to 100% quantitative inspection. After the unqualified products are eliminated, the products can be submitted for acceptance again, using the corresponding normal inspection plan, and attaching the number of scrapped products and the reasons. If the products submitted again still do not meet the requirements, the batch of products shall not be submitted for acceptance again. At this time, the reasons shall be analyzed, and improvement measures and treatment methods for the batch of products shall be proposed. 4.2 Packaging Select appropriate packaging materials to keep the products firm and clean. 4.3 Marking 4.3.1 Each product shall be marked with the manufacturer's trademark or logo. 4.3.2 Each package shall be accompanied by a product certificate or a qualified label, indicating the manufacturer's name and address, product name, specification, quantity, name (or code) of the inspection and packaging personnel and date, as well as words such as "glass is fragile" and "handle with care". 4.4 Transportation Severe shaking must be avoided during transportation, and the products must be handled with care during loading and unloading. 4.5 Storage Products stacked in the air should be protected from rainwater intrusion and water marks.
