This specification is revised in accordance with the spirit of the notification of the document No. 33 of China National Petroleum Corporation (98) and the Basic Regulations for the Preparation of Standards to meet the needs of domestic construction acceptance and to align with international standards. This specification is edited by the Pipeline Senior Management of China National Petroleum Corporation and revised in conjunction with the China National Petroleum Corporation Public Engineering Technology Research Institute to the original (Long-distance Pipeline Oil Pump Group Construction and Acceptance Specification SY4003-90). Since then, the production level and technological content of domestic auxiliary oil pumps have been continuously improved. As far as installation is concerned, most of them are based on new machine installation. Therefore, this specification will also focus on the installation of the whole machine. In view of the actual situation that some updated pumps or partial inventory installations during construction require disassembly inspection, this is supplemented in the appendix. This standard is divided into 5 chapters and an appendix. The main contents include general provisions, installation preparation, installation alignment, trial operation, and acceptance inspection. Appendix A Disassembly inspection of oil pump group
During the revision process, this specification conducted on-site investigations and widely solicited opinions from relevant units in two ways: letter review and department review. Most of the modifications proposed by the oil and construction units were adopted. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Shidu Engineering Construction Professional Standardization Committee, and China Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Second Engineering Company is responsible for interpretation. The main editor of this standard: China Petroleum Pipeline Second Engineering Company. The participating units of this standard: Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Guo Yufu, Zhang Jikai, Zhang Hongyuan, and Mao Hong1.
1..1 In order to implement the national technical and economic policies in the construction and acceptance of oil pump groups, ensure the quality of engineering construction, and achieve advanced technology and economic rationality, this specification is specially formulated.
1.0.2 This specification applies to the installation and acceptance of crude oil pump groups. The oil pump used is a centrifugal oil pump. Other types of pumps should be implemented in accordance with the current relevant national and industry specifications.
1.0.3 When implementing this specification, the safety technology, labor protection and fire prevention requirements of the project must comply with the provisions of the current national standards and regulations. 1.0.4 This specification is the general requirement for the construction of oil pump units. If there are other requirements in the design drawings or equipment factory data, they should be implemented in accordance with their provisions. 1.0.5 For pump units or complete machines that have exceeded the manufacturer's quality assurance period and problems are found during the pre-installation inspection, if they need to be disassembled and inspected after being identified by the user unit, they should be disassembled and inspected and installed in accordance with the relevant provisions in Appendix A or according to the design requirements. 1.0.6 In addition to implementing this specification, the construction of oil pump units should also comply with the provisions of the current national mandatory standards.
2 Installation preparation
2.1 Foundation inspection and acceptance
2.1.1 When the pump unit foundation is handed over to the installation unit, the design technical documents, foundation rescue line sketch, scientific measurement records, foundation elevation, external scale and ground anchor bolt reserved dimensions measurement records should be available, and the process handover records should also be available. 2.1, 2 Before installing the pump unit, the foundation should meet the following conditions: 1 The strength of the foundation concrete should reach more than 80% of the design strength; 2 The foundation bearing surface should reserve the height of the pad, the reserved height is 4070mm, and the allowable deviation of the horizontality of the bearing surface for the entire length should be ±10mm; 3 The allowable deviation between the longitudinal and transverse center lines of the foundation and the design axis should be 10mm; The allowable deviation of the plane size of the foundation should be ±20mm; 4
5 The allowable deviation of the center distance of the embedded anchor bolts should be ±2mn, and the allowable deviation of the top elevation should be +chimm;
6 The center position of the reserved anchor bolt hole The allowable deviation should be 10mm, the allowable deviation of hole depth should be +20mm, and the allowable deviation of hole verticality should be ±20mm. 2.2 Unpacking inspection and acceptance
2.2, 1 Before the equipment is installed, the construction unit and the relevant personnel of the construction unit shall jointly inspect the equipment unpacking and check the following items:
1 The commodity inspection certificate, factory certificate, random technical documents, equipment drawings, vulnerable parts, random tools, etc. are complete and intact:
2 The surface of the equipment and accessories should be free of defects such as cracks, damage and rust. 2+2.2 After the equipment is unpacked and inspected, the spare parts and random tools should be registered and both parties shall learn. The spare parts shall be handed over to the construction unit and the random tools shall be handed over to the construction unit after the equipment installation work is completed, and the handover procedures shall be handled. 2
The oil transmission unit that meets one of the following conditions does not need to be disassembled and inspected before installation. The pump manufacturer does not require disassembly;
The date of manufacture is within the manufacturer's quality assurance period: the original seals of the pump inlet and outlet are intact, there is no abnormal sound when turning, and the appearance inspection is intact. When the motor has the following conditions, a core pulling inspection should be carried out according to Appendix A: the date of manufacture exceeds the manufacturer's quality assurance period; when the manufacturer has no quality assurance period, the date of manufacture exceeds one year: it is stored in an open field for a long time, or is soaked in water: the quality is suspicious after appearance inspection or electrical test; the open motor has suspicious phenomena after end inspection; there are abnormal phenomena during trial operation.
Note: If the manufacturer does not allow disassembly, if the situation described in this article is found, the manufacturer should be contacted for separate handling.
3 Installation and Alignment
3, 1. Anchor Bolts, Washers and Grouting
When installing anchor bolts, the following requirements shall be met: Anchor bolts shall be installed vertically:
The distance between the hook part of the anchor bolt and the foundation hole wall and the bottom of the hole shall be greater than 2
The rust, grease and dirt on the buried part of the anchor bolt shall be cleaned, and the threaded part shall be coated with clean grease and then covered with a protective sleeve: 4 The contact between the nut and the equipment base shall be good. After tightening the nut, the bolt must expose 3-5 pitches of the thread.
3.1.2 The specifications of anchor bolts, nuts and washers can be selected according to the following principles: 1 The material of the anchor bolts, small equipment uses Q235 steel, and large and medium-sized equipment uses 45 steel
2 The diameter of the anchor bolts shall be selected according to the anchor bolt hole diameter on the equipment base according to Table 3,1.2.

The specifications of the inclined washers and flat washers used for installation shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.1.3. When the contact area between washers and between washers and foundation is checked by the coloring method, the contact surface shall not be less than 75% of the washers area. 3.1.5
