National Standard of the People's Republic of China Dimensions, shape and tolerances for cold-rolled steel strips with a width less than 600 mm Dinensions, shape and tolerances for cold-rolled steel strips with a width less than 600 m Main content and scope of application GB/T 15391-94 This standard specifies the dimensions, shape and tolerances for cold-rolled steel strips with a width less than 600 mm (hereinafter referred to as steel strips). This standard applies to cold-rolled steel strips with a width less than 600 mm and a thickness not greater than 3 mm. 2. Classification, code 2.1 Classification of steel strips by edge state Scratched steel strips Uncut steel strips 2.2 Classification of steel strips by rolling accuracy Ordinary accuracy Higher accuracy 3 Size The thickness of the steel strip is not more than 3.00 mm. The width of the steel strip is 10~≤600mm 3.3 According to the requirements of the buyer, other sizes of steel strips can be supplied after agreement between the supplier and the buyer. 4 Size tolerance 4.1 The thickness tolerance of the steel strip shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Ordinary accuracy >0, 10--. 15 >0.15~0.25 >0. 25 -0. 40 >0. 40-~0. 70 ± 0. 020bZxz.net ±0,025 Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on December 22, 1994. The tolerance band value shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.2 Permissible deviation of steel strip width 4. 2.1 The width tolerance of trimmed steel strips shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 Allowable width deviation ≥ 0, 50 --1. 00 >1. 00 ~3. 00 Ordinary accuracy Higher accuracy >125 ~ 250 First pass accuracy Higher accuracy Higher commercial accuracy ± 0. 045 >250~600 Ordinary accuracy Higher accuracy Through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer, the steel strip with negative width deviation can be provided. However, the absolute value of the negative deviation shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. The allowable width deviation of the uncut steel strip shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3 ≤125 Throughness >125~<250 250~400 400~600 5 Appearance 5.1 The unevenness per meter of the steel strip shall comply with the requirements of Table 4. ±2.00 Allowable width deviation Higher precision CB/T15391—94 250~100 5. 2 The crescent bend of the steel strip per meter shall comply with the requirements of Table 5. >50~125 2125~250 >250~600 >100~150 5.3 The steel strip shall be delivered in coils, and the tower shape on one side of the steel strip coil shall not exceed 30mm. 6 Dimension measurement >150~250 2250~400 >400-~,600 6.1 The thickness of the trimmed steel strip should be measured at a distance of not less than 15mm from the edge; the thickness of the untrimmed steel strip should be measured at a distance of not less than 20mm from the edge. When the width is less than 40 mm, it should be measured in the middle of the steel strip. 6.2 When measuring the unevenness of the steel strip, the steel strip should be placed on a platform, and without applying any pressure, the maximum distance between the platforms on the lower surface of the steel strip within a length of 1 m should be measured with a steel ruler. 6.3 When measuring the sickle bend of the steel strip, place a 1m long ruler close to the concave of the steel strip, and use a steel ruler to measure the maximum distance between the edge of the strip and the ruler. 7 Alcohol volume The belt is delivered according to the actual weight, or according to the theoretical weight. When delivered by theoretical weight, the density of carbon and low alloy steel shall be 7.85g/cm, and the density of other steel grades shall be in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding standards. 8 Marking example: The thickness of Q215-A·F carbon structural steel is 1 mm, the width is 400 mm, and the normal precision cold-rolled steel strip with trimmed edges is marked as: Q215-A-FPQ-1. 0×400 nm GB/T 15391—94 Additional remarks: GB/T 15391—94 This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry of the People's Republic of China.
