c.
d.
Install the 0~400kPa pressure gauge on the pot lid pressure limiting valve hole; proceed according to 6.2b and c;
Fusible piece type safety valve, the exhaust valve should be closed after 20 seconds of exhausting steam; when the safety valve just operates, measure its pressure. 6.4 Sealing performance test
a.
b.
Carry out according to 6.2a, b, c;
When the pressure gauge value reaches 20kPa to the nominal working pressure range , observe whether the pressure cooker is dripping or leaking. 6.5 Internal pressure resistance test
a.
A valve seat hole in the pot lid, and other safety devices cannot move. Connect the pressure test pump, pot lid valve hole, and water supply system; fill the pot with water and cover it tightly;
d.||tt ||Drain the air from the pot and use a pressure test pump to pressurize it to the pressure specified in 5.5, maintain the pressure for 30 seconds, and observe and measure its pressure and performance; e.
After the pressure is relieved, do a sealing performance test to observe whether there is any leakage gas phenomenon. 6.6 Lid closing safety test

Hold the handle of the pot flat and raise it not less than 0.8m, keep it for 10 minutes, then take out the code, fill the pot with water, and observe Is there any water leakage or abnormality? 6.12 Boiling resistance test of phenolic plastic parts
Carry out the test according to GB1404 and observe the results. 6.13 Product surface quality
is measured by visual inspection and a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm. 6.14 Surface roughness
Use the roughness sample block to visually inspect the sample.
7 Inspection Rules
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.1 Factory inspection
7.1.1 Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828, and a normal inspection sampling plan shall be adopted. Defects shall be calculated based on the number of unqualified products per 100 units. For the inspection items, unqualified classification, inspection level and qualified quality level, see Table 2. Trial prototype identification of products transferred to factory production: After formal production, there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; during normal production, there are many cases every year Once;
When the product has been discontinued for more than 6 months and is re-produced, the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. GB15066—94
7.2.2 Type inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2829, using a secondary sampling plan with discrimination level 1, and defects are calculated based on the number of unqualified products per 100 units. The samples for type inspection should be selected from the qualified batches of factory inspection. Before type inspection, all sample units should be inspected according to the factory inspection items. If any sample unit is found to be unqualified, it should be replaced by unit products normally manufactured in this cycle, and This situation is included in the type inspection report, but is not used as a basis for judging whether the type inspection is passed or not. For the inspection items listed in Table 2, the sample n = nz - 3, the unqualified quality level RQL value: 50 for Class A, 65 for Class B, and 80 for Class C; the unqualified classification, sample size, and unqualified quality of the remaining inspection items See Table 3 for levels.
