5.1 Length tolerance
The length of each film base roll shall be measured by a counter in meters. 5.2 Width tolerance
5.2.1 Sampling
Polyester film base
0.004~0.008
4.5×1010
Remove the packaging of the film base roll, discard 2~3 turns of the outer film base, and then take 50cm of the entire film base as the test sample for this item and other items where the sampling method is not specified.
5.2.2 Test
ZR G81 012 -— 9 0
Put the companion sheet flat on a horizontal platform and measure the width of the entire sheet base with a steel ruler with an accuracy of 1mm in millimeters. 5.3 Thickness tolerance
5.3.1 Average thickness tolerance
According to the method of GB6845, take a full-width test sample from the head and tail of the same axis sheet base and measure the thickness of 21 points in these two sheets. The arithmetic mean of the thickness of these 24 points is taken as the average thickness of the axis sheet. The difference between the nominal thickness and the average thickness is the average thickness tolerance.
5.3.2 Coaxial internal thickness tolerance
The difference between the maximum and minimum values of the average thickness and the thickness at 24 points is the coaxial internal tolerance. The former is the positive tolerance, and the latter is the negative tolerance. 5.4 Embossed edge
Including the depth, width and distance of the embossed edge. The embossed edge depth is measured in accordance with the relevant methods of thickness measurement in GB68.15. The embossed edge width and edge distance are measured with a steel ruler with an accuracy of 1 mm, and the unit is meter. 5.5 Moisture content
Measured according to the method specified in ZBG80003:
5.6 Optical density
5.6.1 Product optical density
Take the strip sample after the "5.3 Thickness tolerance\" measurement, use a transmission densitometer to measure the diffuse transmittance of 10 points equidistantly spaced along the transverse direction of the film base, record the readings, and take the arithmetic mean of the 10 data as the result. 5.6-2 Optical density after processing
Measured according to the processing solutions and conditions for pre-bath and water washing in 3.1.4 of ZBG81001 The pre-bath is in accordance with the formula of CQ-1. pH = 9.2 ± 0.2, the processing temperature is 20 ± 2 ° C, and the time is 30 ~ 60s. The water washing temperature is 15 ~ 21 ° C, and the time is 30 ~ -60s. After the sample is processed, it is washed again, and the anti-halation layer is gently wiped off, and the optical density is measured.
5.7 Tensile strength at break and elongation at break
Measured by force method specified in GB9858.
5.8 Shrinkage
5.8.1 Sample preparation
Take a 10mm × 110mm square sample from the sample after the "5.2 Width Tolerance\" measurement, and use a blade to lightly carve 4 marking lines parallel to the edges of the sheet at 5mm from each side, and then mark the midpoint on the two mutually perpendicular marking lines, and mark the longitudinal (or transverse) direction of the sheet base in the sample, as shown in the figure.
5.8.2 Test
ZB G81 012 .- 90
Sketch diagram
The sample is measured with an Abbe comparator with an accuracy of 1um. The vertical distance from the midpoint of the marking line to the marking line parallel to the marking line is measured and recorded as (t. Then the sample is moved into a constant temperature drying oven and dried at 70±2℃ for 6h. After that, it is taken out and balanced to room temperature. The above distance is measured again and recorded as.
5. 8. 3 Result calculation
Calculate the shrinkage rate from the measured results before and after drying of the sample. Shrinkage rate
Where: tc-measured distance before drying.μm; measured distance after drying.um.
Measure two samples in parallel and take the average value as the measurement result. The result is rounded to two significant figures. According to the direction of sample drying, the result measured along the film base casting direction is the longitudinal shrinkage rate, and the result measured perpendicular to the film base casting direction is the transverse shrinkage rate.
5 .9 Folding endurance
Measured according to the method specified in GR9858.
5.10 Surface resistance
Measured according to the method specified in GB6811.
5.11 Coating fastness
Including emulsion base fastness and anti-halation layer fastness. Measured according to the method specified in ZBG80004.
