4 Technical requirements and test methods

4.2 The width of the paper roll is 600~650mm, the diameter is 300~350mm, and the weight of each roll is (50±5)kg, or as specified in the order contract. 4.3 The inner diameter of the roll core is 75mm, and its width is the same as the paper width. 4.4 The light transmittance of the paper should be uniform, without cloud patterns, light transmittance points and spots, and the paper surface should not have folds, wrinkles, protruding pulp blocks, corrugations and streaks.
5 The paper should not have cracks or holes visible to the naked eye. 4.5

Ether treatment of paper: Put 100mm×40mm extra-fine parchment paper into a 200~~250mL beaker, inject ether, and take out the paper strip after 1min4.7
. After the ether evaporates, the paper strip should be the same as before treatment, luminous and transparent. The test should not be less than three times. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 One batch is a delivery, but not more than 1t. 5.2 The manufacturer shall ensure that the extra-fine parchment paper produced meets the requirements of this standard, and each piece of paper shall be delivered with a certificate of conformity. 5.3 Product delivery inspection sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828, and the sample unit is roll. 5.4 Sample collection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450. 5.5 Sample processing and test standard atmosphere shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10739. 6 Acceptable quality level (AQL) is calculated according to the defective rate, and the counting sampling plan shall be as specified in Table 2. 5.6

5.7 If the buyer has any objection to the batch of products, he shall notify the supplier within three months after the arrival of the goods, and jointly sample and inspect the batch of products. If the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch shall be judged as unqualified and the supplier shall be responsible for handling; if the inspection result meets the requirements of this standard, the batch shall be judged as qualified and the buyer shall be responsible for handling.
Marking, packaging, transportation, storage

6.1 The packaging and marking of paper shall comply with GB/T10342 or the provisions of the order contract. 6.2 During transportation, a canopy and clean transportation vehicle shall be used to prevent sun and rain. 6.3 During transportation, it is not allowed to use hooks to hang packing wires, and paper pieces shall not be thrown from high places. 6.4 Paper should be properly stored on a pad in a ventilated warehouse to prevent it from being affected by rain, snow and ground moisture. 340

Determination of oil permeability

A1 The sampling and processing of the sample shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450 and GB/T10739. A2 Determination of oil permeability
A2.1 Take a 250mm×250mm sample and place it on a stack of white absorbent paper (510 sheets). At room temperature, use cotton to dip in a 1% magenta glycerol aqueous solution and gently apply it on the sample placed on the white absorbent paper where a 100mm×100mm square is pre-marked. Apply it three times vertically and horizontally, and then count the red spots larger than 0.25mm in the square of the white absorbent paper below the sample. A2.2 Take 5 samples from each piece for testing, and take the arithmetic mean of the test results of the 5 samples as the result. Note: The concentration of glycerol aqueous solution is 50%.
