This standard is a revision of B834--85 "Technical Requirements for Hot Recommended Low-Voltage Electrical Appliances". The technical content of the revised JB/T834--1999 is consistent with JB834-85. According to the requirements of GB/T1.1-1993.GB/T1.3-1997, pre-education and citation standards have been added, and appropriate adjustments have been made to academic standards and writing formats. This standard will replace JB834-85 starting from the implementation of II. This standard is proposed and administered by Guangzhou Electrical Equipment Research Institute. 4.1.1 The heating temperature rise limits of the contacts, soft connections, conductive screws and insulated coils of all levels of humid tropical low-voltage electrical appliances shall not exceed the current standards of the corresponding ordinary low-voltage electrical appliances,
4.1.2 The setting temperature of the bimetal thermal protection device of humid tropical low-voltage electrical appliances is set according to the object to be protected. 4.1.2.1 Protect the motor at 40℃.
4.1.2.2 Protect wires and cables at 35℃.
Note: If the registered customer has special requirements, they should be discussed with the manufacturer when ordering. 4.1.3 Humid tropical low-voltage electrical appliances should have certain moisture resistance, that is, the products should meet the following requirements after passing the alternating condensation heat test in 5.1 of this standard.
